Music to tickle by

Many years ago my then boyfriend and I engaged in some tickle play to the music of Beethoven's Piano Concerto #5, the Emperor. It is nearly perfect, because it contains all elements for an excellent tickling session:

1. Allegro (19 minutes) following a brief warm up period, requires a talented ler with a light touch and a lee with great endurance, because the music inspires some wildly exciting tickling. Sometimes fingers just have to lightly and rapidly skitter up and down rib cages, dance in armpits, neck, belly, down the legs and more skittering around feet. Sometimes, it calls for the tickler to concentrate on one specific spot, and God help me if it's under the arms! For me, ticklishness is greatly enhanced when I can hear the change in the music, and anticipate what is coming, knowing I'm totally helpless to stop the onslaught.

2) Adagio (I think this is 5-8 minutes.) Much slower and calmer, so either you could be in for a nice massage, or more likely that agonizingly slooooow stroking with finger nails of all those helplessly ticklish spots.

3)Rondo: Repeat of #1

To tickle or be, I'm not answering that, but here's the Muzik.

Without seeing your detailed entry, I just thought, either Mozart, Def Leppard
(such detailed guitar... those fingers must be lethal...)

or Rossini's Barber of Seville.
I can't de-construct it in that manner, but it has the
variety of speeds, tones and very playful elements.

Of course, I prefer it when enacted by Tom & Jerry 😀

but, in the 8th or 9th image presented below
there is also, coincidentally? a playbill cover which includes a huge (Orange) feather...

Whenever I'm feeling particularly energetic/fiendish, I play Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's superb Piano Sonata No. 11 in A, skipping down to the 'Rondeau Turc' movement, and devil take the hindmost.

What a fabulous choice! Can you really make your fingers work that fast? I can barely imagine surviving 3.07 minutes of this ticklish frenzy, but it sure would be fun to give it a try! Really good suggestion. :omg:

I've found that Animal Collective is great for a happy, light-hearted tickling session. They specialize in light, trippy African-like beats. Perfect for fluttering fingertips and a sensual, heady atmosphere.

If you're looking for something more sexual and deep, I suggest Massive Attack.

If you want hardcore tickling session, Deftones' first album is great, as well as any light, fun electronic music. But my favorite intense tickling session music is Foxy Shazam. Loud, fun, energetic, drowns out a 'lees screams with their own. Perfect.
