My feet (male) getting tickled by electric shaver

A Remington beard trimmer with the removable head taken off is incredible too! There's a little brass round ball that drives the interchangeable heads that spins in a small circle and with a light touch tickles like crazy! My feet aren't ticklish but that even tickles on them!
 
I have seen pics of one of those---that would have me screaming!
