My friend and her naked tickle dream O.O

If I understand the chronology, she told you of the dream where she was tied naked, ice cubes/feathers/forks around. Then you gave her TMF-style wish list items, e.g., toes tied back, and she said "that was in the dream, too." That would suggest that she "embellished" by saying that your wish list items were in the dream after you indicated what you wanted. Or maybe there was no dream, and she made it up because she fantasized about it, or just wanted to know your reaction. The fact that she wants to talk about it, and shows receptivity to what you want, means you should go with it. Who cares whether it was actually in a dream or not?
