I'm not good with the sympathy and condolence stuff, we don't even know each other that well, but for some reason I feel compelled to jot down a doofer here. Not even really sure what to say aside from that my thoughts are with you, for what they're worth. I really am shit at this so instead of wracking my brains and rambling on like a total clown I'll just sign off by plagarising Dylan Thomas like so many cheesy well-wishers before me; Do not go gentle into that good night... rage, rage against the dying of the light.

This news is really troubling. I don't know what to say. And, after coming to this thread and leaving it again a few times over the past day or so, I still don't.

I don't know you very well at all. We've only spoken/chatted a couple of times and I always enjoyed reading your posts. I think I remember telling you in a chat that I was surprised others had been so mean to you since I thought (and still think) you are one of the nicest people on this forum.

Well, I'm rambling already. But just know that some (perhaps many) of us out there are thinking about you more than you know and wishing the very best for you and your family. You're going to beat this thing.

OMG, I rarely am able to come back here and check on posts but I was crying reading this. I had no idea. I've never met you in person but I know from chatting with you in the chatroom that you are truly a wonderful person. You're in my thoughts and prayers and as others have said I hope and believe you can beat this. You are a special person here and to the people in your life. Take care of yourself.

Please keep fighting precious lady! One of my best friends was diagnosed with advanced AML (leukemia) last year.....after a failed bone marrow transplant, she was given just six weeks by her doctors (in early May), but she's still with us....is out of the hospital and back home with her family, and doing much better. I don't know how long we'll be blessed with my precious friend, but I believe in miracles....and am believing with all my faith and heart that both she and you will be here a very long time 🙂

I believe a major key to my friend's survival is her never ending faith and positive "never give up" attitude. Yes she's been scared, but won't let the pain, fear, and doctors pessimistic prognosis get her down.

Wishing you the very, very best.....and am praying for you with all my heart!

aun, i really don't know what to say. i think that your handeling all this as best as anyone could. you sound strong and very positive. i've never had a friend with cancer. even though we've never met in person i do consider you a friend and i pray for you, your family, and your health.
