I've sadly become cynical to helping people lately, seeing folks beg for money outsideof stores "just this one time, man!" and they're out there again the next week...damn liars, preying on the generosity of folks.
Yet as I read, I saw that you did make offers TO other people, so this sounds legit.
And as someone who is trying to get out of debt like me, I can understand.
I'm at my debt limit now, if anything else happens to me, like a truck breakdown...the trucks staying where it's at, I can't afford the repairs for several months.
So since I'm at the bottom financially, and have gotten to the bottom spiritually and become a bitter old man at a mere 35 years old......
Fuck it, I'm jumping in! When you're at the bottom, you can always look down further, but I'll cast my eyes' up for a fellow tickle lover!
First off, I will happily help you edit any videos you make, just send me a COPY of the footage. (I can show you how to do this.) The reason for a copy is that if it gets lost in the mail, or otherwise messed up, it was just a copy. You can always edit your own version, and if you don't like my work, oh well, nothing lost.
I actually just got in a copy of Sony Vegas Studio, like, three days ago, and it can render WMV's that look really nice. I guess God's looking over you!
I think your main key to success is to look at this in a CAPITALISTIC way.
There's no difference between the "professionals" like Tommy and the Czech sites, and the amatuers, except the amount of work they put into it. Tommy puts out a LOT of clips, and that's the key to his success.
He's also a nice guy, he puts previews out, he listens to input and tries to accomodate folks, making guy clips, bare foot clips pantyhose tickling, hogties, socks, etc.
Basically, he's good at customer service.
If you put some work into this, give people what they want, or give people what they WANT, but don't know, you'll be very successful.
And I capitalize that, because some people want things, but assume it'll never happen, or don't know they want it until they see it and are amazed...i.e., genre fans usually want certain things in movies that they've already seen before, but a great director will give them something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, that is more awesome than the little vision that they requested. Crappy directors rehash the same old shit, and fans get bored and blow off those sequels.
There are a lot of areas in the tickling world never touched yet, that you could tap into. People will be floored, and they'll buy in larger numbers than you have now, not out of pity, which really isn't a god reason to sell stuff, that wears off pretty fast, while the debts don't. They'll buy it out of excitement! You need your customers WAITING for the next clip. You want them checking your site every day, wondering when the next awesome clip is coming out!
If you look around, most clip stores shoot the same kind of clip. Do something different.
I become excited like that. When Viper released that Terri clip, with her in pantyhose and a school girl outfit, being tickled, and snorting, and then revealed there was a foot tickling one being released "soon," man I was checking his site every day!! I stopped when I realized it would be a while.....but I still check every now and then. Turtleboy has done real good at this, creating a thread of his "coming soon" models, then releasing a clip of a few being tickled, and people wait impatiently for their favorite clips to appear. They both created that EXCITEMENT for their stores.
The amatuer stores release stuff kind of whenever, some don't even advertise, and few people notice or care, unless they stumble upon them one day.
I think you should look at this as a hell of an opportunity to take your company to a whole new level. Adversity breeds innovation. Many great ideas and great companies sprung from people's desperation. Dave Ramsey told the story of a restaurant that suffered after some hurricane or something, and started bottling some jelly they served in their restaurant, and made a little fortune off that. Hooters is a typical restaurant, they threw tight t-shirts and pantyhose and shorts on it's waitresses, and the rest is history. All things are possible.
Here's things that I'VE seen here that improve tickling store's standing:
-POST PREVIEW CLIPS.
The number one tactic of every company here. The ones that don't are ignored, because many folks like me look at this clip forum first, and never bother with the stores that aren't members here, or post clips. We don't want to get burned.
-Post pictures from your clips, so we immediately have something to look at.
I'm a customer, I'm cruising through the threads looking for what's new.... I see a clip advertised, but no picture...usually I ignore it, sometimes I download it and check it out later....one store had excellent clips, but went out of business by the time I got around to previewing their clips a year later as I cleaned out a drive! (That was Ticklish Bug's clipstore, sadly.) But I stumble upon Darth Sideous's store, or Tickle Haven, or turtleboy's thread....BAM, immediatly there's a picture or two of the girl who will be tickled, in high quality, followed by a few screen captures, followed by a clip.....
BAM, my interest is piqued!!
I'm checking it out! It's like the bakeries that display their cookies and cakes in the window, as opposed to the ones that are all bricked up with just a sign, "Sam's Bakery." I'll keep driving, because my eye's aren't interested.
Offering freebies is a damn good way to drum up interest in yourself and your store. It's like the bakeries that offer sample. They don't HAVE to offer samples, as the asshole baker would tell you, but the ones who do literally leave a good taste in your mouth!
Post a thread with a few high quality pics of your shoot in the images section. One, people who visit there and don't frequent the vidclips section will be interested in an awesome pics that leads to a video clip. And you will put yourself and your store on people's minds. James Darke and Turtleboy and Guiltrip have gotten really good at this.

That's because she HASN'T done that, or offered anything new for almost a year!
(I can pick on her, because I love her store......but I've almost forgotten about it, since there's no activity at all.)
Videotape MORE stuff, behind the scenes stuff. Put that up. Turtleboy usually offers little clips where the girl is tickled inbetween takes. There was another store that gave a big free clip of the girl geting ready, showing off her stockinged toes, just joking with the camera guy...... up to her on the bed and tickled for 30 seconds....to be continued in the paid clip. Customers eat things like that up!!! It's like in retail where if you put something in someone's hands, they'll more likely buy it than if they can't touch it at all.
Always , always, ALWAYS keep contact information on every model you shoot with. I hate it when producers forget to do that, and that one awesome model will never come back. Even if they hate it.....do it anyway. Maybe they'll come back as tickler. Maybe they'll have a change of heart two years later. There have been models who said they'd never come back...come back.
Always put a link to your clip store in your signature, maybe with a picture from one of your clips. A few don't, and it's easier if you comment on some thread in the tickling section, or General Discussion section, to have that link so someone can, on a whim, click on it and see your store.

I can give you a lot of basic to not so basic tips on lighting, camera angles, thoughts and ideas for clips.
I post pictures in the image section, mainly so producers can look through and get free ideas for shoots. I have one I will post later, of a lady in soft pink pajamas and pantyhose underneath....."ohh, breathtaking!" will be the comment. And I'm thinking, "Boy, if those guys get excited about a PICTURE, imagine if some producer would make a VIDEO of a girl in that get-up being tickled?!!" and then they guys all go crazy at a thought like that......and then all the clips released that whole week are the same old "girl-in-bikini-in-stocks-with-toe-ties-geting tickled....."
