My Time Here At The TMF

Recently, Mimi celebrated 3 years as a member of the TMF, which inspired me to reflect on my own time here in roughly the last four. Since I was a somewhat lurking member of the original TMF when I first got online, I'm not really sure technically how long I've been here, but it's somewhere around four years, give or take a month, I think.

ANYHOOOOO.... 🙄

Being a mmeber of the TMF has not only made me part of one of the largest fetish-based web spaces on the web, but also part of a growing family of fellow human beings. Some I've had the pleasure of meeting in person, some I've gotten to know very well online. My circle of friends grows all the time. I've learned one important thing here; we are an extremely diverse group of people who happen to share one important part of our psyche in common. We all thought at one point or another that we were the only ones, and the TMF has been invaluable at showing us the large demographic we belong to. And by way of doing that, many of us learn to deal with other parts of our lives as we have with accepting and embracing our fetish.

In all of that time, there have been a lot of interesting things that have become part of my life:

22 tickling stories in my first six weeks posting. I couldn't feel my fingers for a month, but I emptied a shitload of repressed upbringing! 😀

NJJen making a Bennigan's waitress stutter when she wanted to move a party of 20 to the other side of the place so we could have a smoking section...

TTD's most impressive Jedi Backflip of off Mimi...one flip and landed on his feet. The Force is strong in this one....

Me, Ray and the 2001 Pats....sorry about the bruised arm, dude!

Talking with Morandilas on the phone for two-and-a-half hours one night and then remembering that we're 2500 miles apart....there's $29.75 I'll never see again...🙄

A pull-out cot with a frame for....ANCHOR POINTS.... he he he

Being the only one besides TC Videos to win four Golden Feathers in a year. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but it was probably the moment I realized that I'd found my niche.

A half-hour beer-run with Pat. The store was 500 yards from the damn hotel, but Pete gives us directions over the freeway that apparently included a wormhole somewhere...

Getting a great foot massage from Venraya, Mimi and Jen, because they were determined to prove me wrong that my feet just aren't ticklish....thanks girls! 😉

The two months Marauder and I spent writing that story about Narin, because she demanded more re-writes than George Lucas. But we both love ya to death anyway, and you know it. 😛

Fried chicken salad at Applebee's.

Becoming enough of a part of the community to be selected as a Moderator. That was pretty Freakin' Sweet. 😎

Getting a full-sized Attack of the Clones promotional banner onto a bus from Albany...Thanks, Ray!

Splitting the better part of a bottle of Scotch with TomPaladin 'til about 7 am. 😀

Discovering from DVNC that there is, in fact, someone out there as twisted as I am...

Having a discussion with Pete as to why King Kobra had all those blond guys...

Hopefully, the next four years will bring about more of the same. Thanks my friends, for taking me along on this twisted little journey.

Never has a reflection of a year past been worded so eloquently, so full of passion, and in such an entertaining manner. God blessed your pen, and I for one, am STILL grateful to be lucky enough to be on the reading end of your prose. 🙂

Tommy - Thanks for remembering the early Sara stuff. I was in uncharted territory at the time, and do pride myself for having brought the tickling fetish to Poser art, at least in a relatively mainstream way.

And thanks for remembering my Year's End posts. I always put a lot of thought into them, and I remember your first in-person words to me being about that.

Red Indian - We have had our differences about sports over the years, but what guys don't, eh? All in all, you've always been one of my favorite people to interact with, especially being a born Scot and being able to "get" the British humor. I truly hope that the day will come where you and I can chat over a couple pints of real Guiness...

Ray - My relationship with you and Tracy truly started at SBG I, and I'll never forget it. I consider myself blessed to have, if nothing else, met the two of you. 😎

Giantfan - I am so glad you enjoy the Football Pool. I created it at a time when GenDis was getting a bit touchy and wanted something to bring everyone together in a positive way. I love seeing people who post on a rare schedule take part in the Pool. Thanks dude!

Ayla - What can I say? We had some very good times together, and I still wish that both of our lives had been different enough where things would have worked the way we planned...but seldom does that actually happen, eh? I count you among my very best friends and wish you all the best of luck and prosperity in your current Path. Oh, and by the way...Dan? Treat this girl right...or I'll beat you to death with a shovel!!! 😀

hmmmm, well, I registered here right around the same time as Dave. I too have a lot of good memories of my journey.

1) getting to know on-line some of the mods(Myriads, venray, Marauder, fttickler, etc)

2) getting to meet Smileytikls in person. Great meeting. I'm glad to call you friend.

3) reading the Narin story by Dave and Marauder(I wish it were me!!)

4) delving into a type of fiction I didn't know I could write

5) forming my good friendships with GuitarPeteTickler, the_Baron and Knox the Hatter. I treasure all three of you. Thanks for standing by me.

6)getting bear and bunny to join this site. I'm glad they did

7) Meeting Ticklebelly in April 2004. We had a great conversation. Sorry, that it didn't go further. My co-host was sick that day.

8) Proabably the greatest thing was learning a lot about myself over the past three years.

Goals for the future:

1) Get to some gatherings

2) Get to know the mods, particularly Venray even better

3 Get NWOG up and going again(when bear or I get my own place)

4 Get my Tickle Mistress service started (when I get my own place)

5 Continue to grow in my journey on here.

I have had a ball for the little over a year being here, and I have loved every minute of interacting with my circle of friends I like to call my "tickle buddies" and hopefully having a longer relationship with all of you. Having said that, I do have some goals:

1)going to some gatherings, especially next year's NEST
2)warming up my TICKLE TOUR BUS and making tour stops to the ladies of the TMF(you know who you are)
3)watching my twin girls grow up and becoming a chip off the old block😀
4)finally watching my Cubs win it all

Yeah, that is mine. At first, I tried to keep my freebie stuff exclusive to the TMF, but as so many others in the past (BAC, Ozzy, Mandell, etc.) have found out, it's next to impossible. Actually, now I kinda dig seeing my stuff pop up all over the Net. At least it shows that my mind control-subliminal messaging thingy is working properly...

If it's a consolation I actually linked to your pictures via a link from here at the TMF. They were spread among some real pictures. Usually I pass right by the cartoons/artwork but yours definitely stood out. As I recall my thoughts were, DAMN that's good!
