Ack! Thanks for posting this, mad. I'm one who believes in "tickling for life". It's okay if elderly people in a relationship tickle each other, but for a strange guy to be going around tickling elderly people is just plain bizarre. My mom is almost 68, and aside from being horrified if she were violated like that, I think of how screwed up it would be if some perv broke in to her apartment and tickled her feet while she was sleeping.
I know I posted on here of a story in Manhattan back in the 1980s of a guy who tackled women on the street, pulled off their shoes, tickled their feet, and stole their shoes. In this instance, the victims were young women. That was wrong enough, but the story you posted, downright bizarre. I hope they catch the sick perv.
