Nanami Sakuraba is a known Japanese celebrity. After seeing screencaps of her getting a pedicure, I was able to locate the vid. In addition to the pedi, she's also getting a reflexology session, and the results are priceless, as she squirms and moves around in ticklish glee.

It's from a few years back, but it's still fresh as ever to me.
