That is an excellent question, although I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that the second person who asked is a creeper named "pedo sock"?
 
This is just pure speculation on my part, but I think it's quite possible that when she was first asked she answered honestly. Then she got a ton of creepy emails/tweets as result and/or people around her notified her of the tickle fetish world out there and as a result, she's now dialing it back as much as possible.
