Naruto Shippuden M/M (UB, feather)

In one of the new Naruto Shippuden episodes, there is a scene where Jiraiya interrogates two male ninja for information. He pulls out a feather, and threatens to tickle them until they die of laughter. He only tortures one guy for quite some time, until he turns him into a frog a few mins later.

It's episode 129, so the first of the two episodes posted. Scene starts at 11:48 and goes till 13:00. He stops after a while, and then starts again.

I saw this a few weeks ago, and tried watching it again tonight. Apparently the video is down, does anyone know where else I could find it, or anyone that has it?
