I think the best time she said the word was in the movie Garden State. She's showing Zach Braff her bedroom. She pulls out this piece of cloth and say "this is Tickle.",explaining that it's the blanket they brought her home in from the hospital. Anyways, the conversation ends with her saying "Oh, I believe in Tickle!" ����
