It is clearly a fake. It is indeed from Tickletown- an old picture as afoottickler said. But it's a decent fake nonetheless..

Definatly a fake for sure....I saw the interview and it is also on a photo site OF tickle fake photos. I have stumbled onto that site twice while surfing around.
