Natasha has two things working against her:
1. She has recently applied lotion to her already ticklish size 7 1/2 soles which are tightly bound and exposed.
2. Her wrists are tied behind her head, exposing her ribs, stomach and underarms; all of which are tickle targets that make her lose control.
"Extreme" describes the hysterical state that overcomes Natasha as her spots are attacked. Special attention is given to her pretty feet due to their heightened sensitivity. At one point toe cuffs are applied to make her soles even more vulnerable. Watch her wiggle against her binds and lose all composure!
