That is just something i found interesting about it. Because i'm talking to this girl in a non tickling website thats into alittle bit of S&M Bondage type stuff as well as some tickling as well 🙂. SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Having sex with corpses is now officially illegal in California after Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill barring necrophilia, a spokeswoman says.The new legislation marks the culmination of a two-year drive to outlaw necrophilia in the state and will help prosecutors who have been stymied by the lack of an official ban on the practice, according to experts.

"Nobody knows the full extent of the problem. ... But a handful of instances over the past decade is frequent enough to have a bill concerning it," said Tyler Ochoa, a professor at Santa Clara University School of Law who has studied California cases involving allegations of necrophilia. "Prosecutors didn't have anything to charge these people with other than breaking and entering. But if they worked in a mortuary in the first place, prosecutors couldn't even charge them with that," Ochoa said on Friday.

The state's first attempt to outlaw necrophilia, in response to a case of a man charged with having sex with the corpse of a 4-year-old girl in Southern California, stalled last year in a legislative committee. Lawmakers revived the bill this year after an unsuccessful prosecution of a man found in a San Francisco funeral home drunk and passed out on top of an elderly woman's corpse.

The new law makes sex with a corpse a felony punishable by up to eight years in prison.

I dont even know why I am replying to this but im in a discussion mood (did some deep stuff on a music forum a sec ago lol)..it's plain and simple really, think about this..in saying that fucking dead people is accepting..would you as well say that fucking a 10 year old is as well? Get the point im tryin to make here about this and how sick and wrong it actualy is? Someone please correct me if im wrong.
 
Please re-read my post, my friend. I never said I was defending it. All I'm saying is that sick is in the eye of the beholder, that's all.

Of course, I feel that anyone who would harm or molest a child should be put to death in the slowest, most agonizing way possible.
 
Okay, so maybe sex with a dead body isn't ilegal in 34 states, but.......


If a person is dead, they can't consent, so isn't the person doing the act technically guilty of rape?
 
Any sexual activity taking place between anyone or anything OTHER than two CONSENTING adults is wrong and should be illegal in every case. Since one body engaged in said circumstance is not living, they can not consent to the activity, and therefore it should not be allowed.

The last time I was put on trial for tickling a dead body, I used an argument of "Passive Acquiescence". I put forth to the jury that at no time during the act of Necroticklephilia did the victim actually say "No", so by her silence, she gave her consent through passive acquiescence. She never once called for help, asked me to stop, or even used the safe word I had given to her.

I would have to say though, that the tickle response was severely limited. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who craves more than silent laughter. But that's just me.

I knew i would get some responses out of this. which is good though it gets people talking about things other then tickling for alittle while. But what makes matters even more bizarrar is this girl that i'm talking to that i said in my first thread on this topic is from Portland. She's going to some college in Portland which i thought was even more odd.

But reguardless weather you see Necrophilia as legal or not weather you consider is Rape or not.... one thing remains in fact. That people that are still into this sort of acts are STILL HUMANS BEINGS so we should love them and care for them as a person and as a human being in this world. we Don't have to love or like the fact that the acts that they are performing are not legal in any sort of fashion and could be considered rape in some states

Admirable sentiments mate, but ones that are likely to fall on deaf ears. Hanging and flogging is too much fun for people to try and get their heads round compassion and understanding.
