I'm sorry. This is Freeman, the actual owner of this account. I share it with one of my best friends. I didn't know he posted this until Julie Winchester brought it to my attention. He asked me how the clips I ordered were because he was thinking about commissioning a custom as well and I told him I haven't gotten them yet so he asked me me why. I told him the whole story and he got upset. He's very protective of the people he cares about. He went on a tirade about how I'm too nice and forgiving and I was taken advantage of but am too blind to see it. I had no idea he went on our account and posted all that. I have changed my password and spoken to him. I want to apologize to Ms Winchester and hope that no irrepairable damage was done to her name, reputation and business. I have every faith in her that she will get the clips to me as soon as she can. Again sorry for the inconvenience to Ms Winchester and those who responded but thank you for caring enough to do so.

He needs to call his credit card company or bank and file a fraud claim. Simply explain the situation that he paid for an item, the merchant never delivered and that he was scammed. If he paid through Paypal, same thing, file a claim and she'll have to either cough up the material in a certain amount of time, or he gets his money back.

Either way, he wins in the end. He'll either get what he paid for, or, his cash back. But it is all on him to make the move. Based on your detailed description, this is a BS scam if I ever heard one and he needs to take action and show her she can't get away with this.

Strictly speaking, using Paypal accounts to purchase or buy adult content is against their TOS so they would most likely respond to his complaint by shutting down his account as well as hers. Once they get a confirmation that the transaction was for adult content (of any kind) they are free to shut you down and they also have form for holding onto payments in these cases! PP are fine to use for customs etc, provided you don't discuss the details of what you're buying with them.

Oh wow, I never knew that. I've actually only ordered customs a total of 3 times in my entire life, and they were by actual vid producers with professional sites and set ups, so never used Paypal for that. But thanks for the heads up!

Dreary advice but here it is again, Gentlemen.

The $600 figure mentioned as the cost of commissioning that video would have bought a lot of coffee dates with a lot of women.

Without making any specific accusations, please remember that 'Incel='whiny pathetic loser'.

Either explain things to your wife/girlfriend, or if you have neither get out there and by trial and error, which is the only way, learn how to connect IRL. The only promise I can make is that you WILL make errors, but regard this as gaining experience and learn from it.

If married and wife says absolutely not and all else is OK, an occasional commercial transaction can be justified as a safety valve to preserve the marriage.

If girlfriend says no and that's a complete deal-breaker, be brave and find another one.

In fact, be sensibly brave in general, and fortune will favour you.

Well, I'm also a video producer with a professional site (and set up) but I still tend to use Paypal for customs as there aren't many alternatives - especially when most of the transactions are international ones, as Paypal can be used across a very wide range of countries. It works fine and is very straightforward, with some degree of buyer protection (they also make it easy to issue refunds if a clip cannot go ahead for some reason), but they do not like adult oriented content. That is why adult website owners can't use them as a payment processor, or to advertise adult content.

If you approach PP about adult services that you have paid for through them then technically they can shut you down. If you don't tell them what you are paying for or advertise adult services with a PP link, then there isn't a problem. The best advice with customs would be to deal only with reputable producers who have a proven track record and an online presence, so they are not likely to disappear into the abyss with your payment. Most legitimate producers would (I hope) be too concerned about their reputation to run off with someone's money.

This 100% this!
