California has a statute making noncompetes unenforceable. It can be a legal violation to ask someone to sign. But I wouldn’t sign one, because it’s just not a good idea to sign an agreement you don’t necessarily intend to abide by. Tell him forget it on #3, because it’s both illegal and unreasonable. Yes, you could model for someone else, for all the reasons well stated in earlier responses. Also insist on some ability to have personal use of your work, otherwise, forget it. I would also tell him that as friendly advice, he should know that you would have told him to pound sand but for the fact that you had already worked with him before. So, if he doesn’t change his rules, the only new models he will get are ones who can’t read.

Yeah, the guy is not your master so you don't have to work with him and agree to all the rules. He needs you more than you need him.

But, let's take a look at this subjectively. I think this is a case of the producer being insecure about his product. That is why he wants a "no compete clause" and a bunch of other restrictions. I think he is afraid that someone else will "steal his ideas and models" and he wouldn't be able to compete. I HIGHLY DOUBT this is a creepy guy just looking to get his rocks off. How do I know this? She worked with him before...

The "exclusive" contract thing is not new. Take a look around the TMF. There are producers who like to deal with their models being exclusive to them. But, those type of producers pay their models more than the other producers would so they can keep those models. This guy is probably trying to do the same thing. So unless Christy plans to be a model for a bunch of different sites, what is wrong with her being "exclusive" to him? If her desire is to do fetish modeling "full time" then that is an issue. But if it is a one time type deal, this doesn't sound as horrifying as it seems.

Keep in mind, this producer did in fact say it is ok for her to bring an escort, which I am sure she will...
