Hey ya'll!

So there is a tickling clip that I am looking for. The only details that I know for sure is that it is an older style clip, the ticklee is wearing a blue dress, and at somepoint during the clip, the 'ler pulls out a big pink feather and goes to work on her feet! If anyone can help me out that would be great.
