There was a movie I saw in the 1990's that was released between the late 1980's ( 1988-1989) to the year 2000 that had a quick great tickle scene.
An escaped convict had tied up a sexy blonde who he had sex with and as she is laying there tied spread-eagle to the bed topless he tickles her foot (which you don't see) but she has a great reaction.
The plot is the escaped convict goes to hideout in the Arizona desert and takes a family hostage.
Another memoriable scene is when the mother writes Call 911 in lipstick on her breasts when a neighbour comes to the house.
Has anyone seen this movie besides me?
I'm 90% sure the actor who played the convict also plays the "doctor" or the guy in the white lab coat in the Nicorettes commercials. 😀
