Wow,, where do i start,,, dont mind me but im going to ramble on a bit,,,
seeings it has been wayyyy too many years since i attended the very first nesT,, well actually it wasnt even nest yet,,, Anyway,,, I have to say WOW,,, Max,,and everyone who has taken nest to where it is today i have to say "thank you" ,, I can tell you now that cncreteman will NO longer be in the shadows any longer ,,, I was just a part of an event that 10 years ago we were dreaming of,, I have to say more thanks to all that made my return to NEST so wonderful,,,I really feel as tho you all are family,,, Big john,, what can i say man,,, you are da bomb,, you are the greatest to just sit and JAW with,,,, all of you " originals" man,, i missed you guys! i can not wait till next year already,, I am here now if you all ever need anything!
To anyone thats reading this that is thinking of going and are just plain too nervous,, dont be,, you will be a part of the most wonderful, fun group of people on the planet! step up to the plate and attend next year,, you will be sitting back in your chair after its all over and thinking exactly what everyone that went is thinking,, " that was just the best! " well, not going to ramble on any longer ,,, thank you everyone,,, thanks to every person that left us tickle you ( you know who you are🙂 !!!! and thank you to all that tickled my gal! she truly had a wonderful time ,,,, what a group,,,till next time

I also second that Concrete. QB, Max and everyone else were awesome, and they all knocked themselves out to make sure everyone had fun. It was my first NEST, and I'll admit I was very nervous. But like Concrete said, it's a great group of people. I highly recommend it. BTW Concrete your GF is adorable and a great ticklee (not to mention a great sport). I'm glad she had a great time

I got back home today. As a first-timer, I can only say that it was beyond any most optimistic expectation. It was almost surreal: like an eye-opened dream, with the "advantage" that it was, indeed, real and happening RIGHT THEN, RIGHT THERE, ALL AT ONCE.
Max and Jan organized an unforgettable event (ok, it happens every year, I know) with evident and outstanding passion.
I met great people and had an incredible time. I will miss you. I commit to take part to the next one, though (I guess NEST is well known to be addictive, right?).
Finally, the TMF board is framed in a more complete and fulfilling perspective.

Thanks for making NEST real.

See y'all in a year (-1 day).

Well, I'm home safe and sound. I had about 5 hours on the road to think back on all that happened over the last 3 days. Good Lord! Talk about a kid a Christmas!!!!!!!!!! Man! To see so many old friends, (Family), and meet so many new ones. I think I met more new folks this year than I have in any of my last 4 N.E.S.T.'s. One of the highlights was meeting the first N.E.S.T. baby. The sweetest thing you ever saw. God Bless you little lady. The games that were put together this year were wonderful. What a great twist and a lot of laughs. One of the things that doesn't get touched upon often enough is all the sitting around just talking and laughing about everything and anything. Talking about our own personal lifes can get just as many laughs as play time does. I could never have dreamed that I would see the day when I could be standing in a hotel room watching a couple sitting on the floor in the corner just cuddling, two other people doing there best to out tickle one another, someone else lying on the bed while someone gives them a back rub, and over there one of the girls is getting a full blown foot rub complete with lotion, and there are still a good half dozen or more just standing around talking. All the while feeling just as at home as if I were in my own living room. Thats what makes this weekend so special. Good friends getting together for 3 or 4 days , and when it's all over your hard pressed not to find someone without a tear in there eye. I did fine till I said good by to Jan, our very own "Den Mother". HUGE HUGS for you my dear. MUAH! MAX! How does anyone put into words what a super host you are. And how welcome you make everyone feel when they come to visit you. Just how you and Jan manage to put together such a Awsome! Awsome! weekend all while living close to 3000 miles apart is mind blowing! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Well I'm beat and it's amost 2 AM I'm off to bed and a much needed good nights sleep. I hope everyone had a safe trip home. Take care for now. YOU PERVERTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No more a lurker...............as promised.

What better subject for my first TMF post than NEST, 2006? This is my 5th NEST (I think), and I've just lurked that whole time. Not sure why. Is my family going to discover me here? Can't imagine how. Actually, it is the NEST "family" (which Jan so eloquently describes in another thread, and Pat in this one) that discovered me so many years ago and welcomed me into this crazy group. (Special thanks to ANN and DRU who took me under their wing at my very first NEST). In fact, this first post of mine is going to be a series of "thank-you's" and "great to see you again's" directed at various "family" members. If I miss anybody who saw me there, please take no offense. I either don't know your TMF name, your real name, or I have forgotten both (I'm up to "Z" in Alzheimer's), or I confused a face with a name, or I just plain forgot. It's 1:30AM here in Denver. I got home an hour ago.

A special thanks goes to TICKLEJEN. Met her at the end of the NEST party a year ago. Tried to get her to go to the hotel afterwards explaining that there might be more tickling there than at the party itself. She didn't, but we were able to get together a couple of times over the year when I was East, and found she was a JOY to tickle. We roomed together this NEST, and she got well-tickled there (cuffed to the 4 corners of the bed) as well as her first "gang" tickles (similarly cuffed in one instance) (I was part of the "gang".) as well as her first experience with "stocks". She was a great sport, loved all the torture and it was very enjoyable for me to watch her enjoy these new experiences. Thanks for all that, Jen, and for being a great roommate.

MAX - My friend, who I met through snail mail long before the internet. We share a common pit of interest. Didn't get to visit with you much this NEST, but thanks for your hospitality 'tween NESTS when I have been East and able to come to Philly.

JAN - Sweet QB. As somebody else said, you worked too hard for this NEST. You should have been tortured much more. Maybe next time. Also, you looked fabulous! Glad your life is taking good turns now.

LINDA - I thought I sort of recognized you from a prior NEST (with a prior I.D.) Great to have our second breakfast together along with a few others, one of whom broke you on Monday. And you said it couldn't be done. There were witnesses. Congratulations JOHN (the musician).

MINA - Great to see you again. Better days are ahead.

KWILL & LYTE - Great to see you guys again. You're from my beginning NEST and I'm always glad you're there when I am.

BRATGIRL - You looked stunning. And you still are a brat.

ANDY - You left before we could say goodbye. Great to see you as always, dating back to my first NEST. I ought to go to a gathering in my old home town

CONCRETEMAN - Nice to meet you, sir. May I say you are quite welcome (after you said "thanks" to those who tickled your girl.) It was my pleasure.
Lori is beautiful and sweet and, and..............well, anyway, I can't wait for the next opportunity.

ITALIAN TOUCH - So very nice to meet you, sir. Hope to connect with you in Durham in October when I go to the furniture market in High Point. Thanks for your help in torturing JEN. Never knew a toothbrush under the toes could be so effective.

RAY & VEN - Always great seeing you. You also go back to my beginning NEST.

DAN - Great to see you again, and have breakfast with you Monday morning. I'd love to try to make a CA gathering. I'll be in touch with Dave. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm sure I'm leaving out plenty of people, but it's 2:30 AM, my eyes hurt, and I just want to mention a few of my NEST friends who I missed (because they weren't there). If anybody knows what's up with them, I'd love to hear.

Damn!!! Where do I begin…

I probably say this every year, but this was the BEST NEST ever!! That could be because they keep getting progressively better and better.

Some of my highlights:

• Building the NEST Stocks with Lee, Big John and Heather – and then later testing them out, and appreciating the fruits of our labor, by putting Necia, TickleJen and ConcreteMan’s girlfriend in them!! Ten years from now at the 20th NEST, the answer to the trivia question, “Who was the first ‘lee to go into the NEST Stocks at the NEST?” is: ConcreteMan’s girlfriend.

• Doing the Diabolical abduction demo with Ginger – thanks for making that a FANTASTIC scene!!

• When, during the TK trivia game we played during the “Meet and Greet” on Sat. afternoon, TicklishGiggle tells me that one of the KittleTown phrases is “Pulling an Andy.” I think I surprised her when I told her that referred to me!

• Passing the peace pipe, staring at the bear and getting all silly in Jeff’s room.

• Playing “Distraction” – for those who haven’t heard, the Brotherhood team (Tickle-Duo Drew, Venray and EdV) played the Sisterhood team (Sandee, Bella and Venraya) and the BROTHERHOOD won in a close 5-4 game. Thanks to our contestants for making the premier of the game a success, and thanks to NEST’s own Vanna White, Deb/Trixie/BratGirl.

• Giving IrishGirl a foot massage and watching her melt/purr.

• Simply running a feather down Necia’s bare sole and driving her crazy – she defines “feather ticklish.”

• Seeing our first NEST baby – congratulations Shem and NightFall!! These newbies keep getting younger and younger… (and TicklishGiggle thought she was the youngest attendee.)

This has been said before, but it bears repeating: believe it or not, all the tickling is really just the icing on the cake – the real special thing about NEST is hanging out with people who are like family and letting your hair down. NEST is always a homecoming.

That said, ladies, this is the second year in a row where I did not go “down on the table.” This disturbing trend needs to be broken next year.

I’m VERY SORRY that I did not get a chance to see everyone for breakfast Monday morning and to say goodbye, but Sandee and I had to get to the airport on the early side. Not sure, though, if I could face a Monday morning post-NEST breakfast at a place other than Silk City

Like the credits following a movie, here’s the litany of naming people (my apologies if I’ve left someone out):

• MAX – what can I say, Bro. Simply – you ROCK!! Look at what this has become… As we discussed, among other things, NEST impacts people’s lives. Thanks, and again, for all of your hospitality, and for all of the hard work you put in to making this the unquestionable success that it was (you guys have NO idea how hard this guy worked behind the scenes!) Even though this was an extended visit for me, the time was still too short.

• JAN – you make this all possible. NEST would not be what it is today without you. Thanks for your hospitality and for letting me bunk with you. Hope you’re feeling better now. It was great, as always, catching up with you and I’m really glad that things are going so well for you.

• LEE – good to spend so much time with you, and even that is not enough. Great job on the stocks! Sorry I missed being attacked by you. You’re the best!!

• MKEEMER – good seeing you, as always, my old friend, and sorry we didn’t get to spend more time together.

• CHRIS M /TICKLING BULLY– it was good getting to know you more this year. THANKS so much again for letting me crash in your room Sat. night (yeah – I slept around - lol) – not sure what I would have done without you. You are a great guy.

• JEFF – glad we got to see each other a lot this year – I enjoyed hanging out with you. Next year – no valet!! Thanks for letting us hang out and party in your room.

• DAN – good seeing you, as always, man. Hope your move goes well. If anyone questions whether this NEST was fantastic, just tell ‘em “Horse Hockey!!”

• TICKLISHGIGGLE – I really enjoyed meeting you – Chicago represented well.Another funny moment – late that silly night in Jeff’s room, it looked like Giggle had crashed next to Jeff. I commented, “those young’uns need to get their sleep.” I looked down, Giggle cracked one eye open, and it was one powerful “evil eye.”

• BIG JOHN – glad we got to spend so much time together. You are the Man!! It was great meeting Sugar – she is delightful. Sorry I did not give her a chance to ‘ler me – hope she was able to find someone else.

• LINDA – you were THE highlight of my NEST, my dear. I’m so glad you were there, and picking up where we left off was special. I’ll have to get some more business to do in London.

• BELLA – my NEST would not be complete without you. Good hanging with you, thanks for the tickles late Sun. night, and a HUGE thanks again for letting me crash with you and Chris.

• CONCRETEMAN – great to meet you after all these years. Still smiling at the coincidence of the pair of names. Meeting your girlfriend was one of my personal highlights of Sunday. Hope you guys enjoy the hummingbird – put it to good use!

• SPOTMANC and NECIA – it was really great hanging with you guys. Necia – you have the most sensitive pair of soles I’ve ever had the chance to feather. Thanks for putting the NEST Stocks to the test – if you didn’t pull them apart, I think they are pretty sturdy.

• MARIA/DEB/BRATGIRL/TRIXIE – glad I was able to spend some time with all of you. You are a beautiful lady and a riot!! HOWEVER, we still have a score to settle! Thanks so much for your help with Distraction.

• JONATHAN & KITTENTOES: Good seeing you two, and the scene you did was Fantastic!! Jonathan – you are one of the most entertaining top’s I’ve seen, and Kittentoes is one of the hottest and most responsive bottoms.

• VENRAY and VENRAYA – Ray, I thought I saw you there, but I must have mistaken you for someone else! Good seeing you two as always! Thanks so much for the bear!

• TICKLE DUO – DREW & ANN – Also, good seeing you two, as always! You two are the cutest tickling couple around. You two are like the NEST Energizer Bunnies – they sit there and just tickle each other all night long!

• SANDEE/TICKLEE1973 – what NEST Karma to be seated next to you on the flight home! What a treat to be in a two seat row, on the aisle with a beautiful ‘lee next to me with gorgeous feet in flip-flops!! Thanks for fulfilling another fantasy. We gave that guy across the aisle from us a good show – he kept craning his neck when I would reach down and tickle your sole and toes! I’m really glad we had the chance to get acquainted and thanks for making it a great flight and postponing the post-NEST Blues for me. Hope to see you next year, and you are definitely on my list for a foot massage.

• MINA/BRIDE OF DRACULA and STARWOLF – good seeing you guys, Mina thank you for all your hard work in putting NEST together and thank you both for taking good care of Jan.

• JAMIE – good hanging with you and great job leading the Diabolical.

• Always good to see old friends and regulars like RCHELLO, ARMPITLOVR, EDV, SPENCER & M, KWILL & LYTE, TICKLESAURUS/MONGO, TERRORIZER, GIGGLEMAKR, and TOMMYTIKL

Awright, the hubby's off to work, Mini-Me is off to school and Micro-Mini-Me is curled up in her Batman pajamas watching the Smurfs. I have coffee and a moment to think (thank GOD I had the sense to close my preschool today).

My Mom once told me that as a little girl I would cry from frustration when I wanted to stay home and also visit my cousins, I wanted to be in both places at the same time. The end of NEST weekend brings that out all over again; I want come home to my OH family but leaving my Philly family breaks my heart to bits.

Special thanks to Danimal for being my lifeline on Friday, when my 90 minute direct flight morphed horribly into 9 hours (!) of delays and cancellations and general re-routing horrendousness. That first hug and seeing Mkeemer in the driver's seat was better nourishment than anything else could have been

FYI last night they announced a brief delay in my flight home and I twitched so hard I swear I have a loose tooth

NEST - con't. A posting marathon

Well, I've had about 4 hours sleep. My eyes still hurt. But it is a bright sunshiney morning in Denver and I have managed to remember a few others from the weekend whom I'd like to mention.

MIKE - Local guy, close friend of MAX's. Handsome, quiet, and DANGEROUS if you're a female lee. I've seen this documented on tape. Good to see you again.

JEFF - The master videographer of tickles. It was great finally getting to meet you last year after being a long-time customer, and great to see you again this time. Your video colaboration with MAX (on Kirsten) was awesome.
I hope you'll do many more. She is incredibly beautiful - her smile lights the room. You took her beyond that with as good a torturing as I've seen on video. Met her 2 years ago. Sorry she didn't make the party. Wonder what she'd have to say about that session. You are the best, guy.

PAT - Glad you made it back to Upstate safely. We didn't get to hang out as much as we did the year before, but it's always great to see you and hope to connect with you sometime when I'm East.

BABBLES - It was so great to meet you. You define the word "soft-spoken". Thanks for the wonderful long conversation in the hotel lobby. You are very attractive with a lovely smile. I know you were "observing" this NEST and I certainly hope that you liked what you saw, but at the same time I'd be a liar if I didn't tell you that I am a bit curious as to what your "soft-spoken" voice would sound like if you were to be stroked softly and sensuously on your sides. TERRORIZER - Terry, always great to see you. Hope to see you in action when I come to a CA gethering. Didn't mean to put you in Texas.

NECIA - and CHARLIE. Wonderful to see you two again. I remember your first NEST ----- a newbie -------- and yet you did a demo with poor NECIA put into the stocks and with her arms cuffed way up over her head you and MAX
did a number on her. She has the best laugh on Earth and even though she is incredibly ticklish, she just loves it all. Glad I had a chance to stroke her foot. I know it made a difference.

LYNN - You are the greatest ticklee! No matter where you are tickled, poked, stroked, whatever, you always respond with squirms, jumps, giggles and laughs and you always love it and are a good sport. Your laugh is right there with Necia's, and I'm so glad I got to contrbute to your smiling weekend.

BIG JOHN - Great to see you again. You're the comedian. Your take-off on the MLK speech was hysterical. What a great group we have that you could feel comfortable doing that schtick, and that we could laugh along with you. If the rest of the country was more like NEST, the "dream" would be much closer to fulfillment. Thanks for the fun, and HEATHER is just awesome.

HEATHER - It was so nice to meet you. Your smile is the greatest! And I did hear a giggle or two while you were getting your footrub. Hope you had a great time at NEST and will come back next time.

BELLA - Great to have you back this time after your absence last year. If you got your gang tickle torture on the bed this year I guess I was in another room at the time. I remember prior NESTS where I was able to get in some "key" squeezes....... I know because your voice went up an octave. Also, your video where you hogtie your slender blonde dom (usually) friend is awesome. Can it be purchased and downloaded? Again, great to see you. Have a wonderful year.

LEE - the ler. Wonderful seeing you again. You are the beautiful lady to whom we all turn when a master tickler is needed. That said, are you up to the challenge of ME? Hmmmmmm. Have a great year.

VIPER & IRISH - Glad I had the chance to visit with you two at least a little bit. You are the sideshow that EVERYBODY watches. Megan is the most incredible laugher/clapper we've ever seen - and it seems to take so little from Mark to get her going. But I'm remembering Monday morning in QB's room
where he is softly stroking her tummy and sides, and she is softly giggling. Very sensual.

ALCHEMY - It was YOU, wasn't it(I hope I'm connecting the name to the right person), who broke LINDA (or is she denying that she broke?). I DID hear her say "I give up", and that she was "impressed" with you. Anyway, thanks for your help in getting TICKLEJEN. It was fun having breakfast with you.............. and I don't go to Starbuck's either.

I don't know where to begin so I will start with saying:
Max you have touched so many of us in so many ways( ha ha, no pun intended). I love you, even though you dress me funny and give me silly names.
Jan, you keep everything so organized and make everyone feel like family, I love you. (don't lose your connection, ha ha)
Someone said Nest is a grotesque love in (your simply adorable)!
Nest is a weekend filled with laughter, hugs, kissing and being with such dear friends that you consider family. It's sooooooo grotesque....LOL!
I'm going to attempt to name people who have touched my heart and so much more of me....ha ha, I have the spots to prove it.

Thanks to Everyone!

The list seems so long and everyone had great things to say before me that I will say thanks to all for being a part of this years NEST and making the time I had absolutely awesome. I wish it wasnt a year away.

One notable: To Ginger for being the abductee within your first 2 hours of NEST and to Dave for letting us.

Two notable: The sistahood for being such good sports in losing (Ann I told you I would get you and the sistahood was going down)

Three notable: To all the guys and gals who came up to my room on Saturday night to share the evening with me. I was glad to have the proper setting for a good time and it was a pleasure having everyone. You all are great!

Four notable: To the original (13) going back to NEST 2. I love you guys and wish you all the best in the upcoming year. Think about it NEST is only 10 months away.

Fifth notable: MAX and Jan...no amount of thanks is good enough to say, write, sing about, place into poem form or anything to be able to express the gratitude and love that I have for both of you. Please live well in the upcoming year and I am already counting the days til I see you both again. (312 days to be exact)

I hope all who have attended made it home safely and I look forward to seeing you and more newbees next year.

I think I've added this on a number of threads, but I'm endebted to just about everyone there, some more than others (you know who are) and I'll do everything I can to make it back next year.

I should also apologize for leaving abruptly and w/o saying goodbye to anyone. I'm not usually used to the kind of attention I got this past weekend and decided to slink away quietly. I hope you understand.

Since I am NOT willing to leave anyone out, I'm not going to make a list. I think maybe I can be forgiven if I wasn't in full possession of my wits at all times, no?

Your laugh is right there with Necia's, and I'm so glad I got to contrbute to your smiling weekend.
