Finally, after seeing this many years ago, I've found it! It was quite the task, sorting through the hundreds of Pokemon episodes, but it was worth it!

Yes, actually.
In the episode where Ash brings Haunter with him to try and beat Sabrina’s psychic pokemon.
Haunter licks a girl at the beginning of the episode and
she giggles from the tickle for a moment before the paralysing effects of Haunters lick kicks in.

Yeah, there are a few guy ticklings and pokemon ticklings I could have mentioned but
I'm also a very /F kind of person. 😀

Could you describe that scene please, or what you can remember from it? I think I've seen all those scenes except that one.

Well, from what I recall, Bonsly uses Fake Tears, which forces Mime Jr. to cover his ears. Mime Jr. is then ordered to use Tickle to force Bonsly into laughing. Don't expect much though, because there's no physical contact.
