*NEW* Busted by Mom (F/F)

It is a shame, but it is very logica. Especially now given the fact that I am involved in civil suits with some people who have been part of the problem (a few are members on here). They are as much a problem as those who distribute so if they won't do the right thing, they'll pay another way 🙂.

I really wish I didn't have to do this, but for the time being, it is the way it is. I will not have my material be gotten for free, period. Think of it this way...would you work for free? Of course not!

Well, unfortunately, you already have. You've already done the work and invested your time and money into making the clip, and now you're trying to recoup that money through sales. If someone pirated your clip, and you decided to remove it from the market, you've now essentially done all of that work for free.

There's no way to recoup your invested money because there's now no way to even legitimately buy the clip. You're stuck with whatever money you've made before you removed it. Your hard work can now only be downloaded for free. Illegally, but still free.

This is the part that I'm not really understanding: You sold a product, someone decided to buy the product and give it away for free and you obviously deserved to get paid for all of those products that were given away for free without your permission. You now removed that product from the market, so no one else can ever buy it again... yet it's still available to anyone who wants to get it from whichever file sharing server the pirate uploaded it to. That didn't solve the problem.

I don't know if removing the clip was some legal part of a civil suit you may be in, but to me, I'd rather still allow the chance to get $5-20 per clip from loyal legitimate customers than get nothing at all. Movies and music don't get pulled from the shelves when MPAA and RIAA get wind of their piracy. They make what they can, and fight for what they think they should have gotten.

And I'm not trying to blow smoke up your ass, I'm a fan who doesn't want to see you eventually pull all of your work because of a couple assholes.

I actually went to look to purchase this, but I wouldn't have paid $20 or whatever for it anyway. Should have vids split into two or three so I don't have to spend on the whole thing. All I really wanted was the rest of the topless underarm tickling from the end of the preview. 😛

I get what you are saying, definately. Keep in mind the clips that are not up have't been compromised, so removal was essential to keep it that way. Think of it as stopping a leak as a first step towards repairing a faucet.

daeryk: Oh I am...you wouldn't believe how willing some of the file hosting services are at providing ISP records for people downloading content illegally are once you issue a sobpena. RIAA did the same approach way back when Napster was in full swing. Now they really are paying - one way or another 🙂.

Speedbump:

Where have you been? I do have a sub-clips store, but will not split it more than once. It gets to a point where if the price is too low, it just doesn't make sense to create a split of a split, so each work is typically split by upper body only vs feet only. As for the full clip price itself, it's definately worth it and not overpriced. Whether or not you decide to buy that or a sub-clip is your prerogative of course, but quality does tend to cost some 🙂.

Actually, I DID shoot 2 tickling videos for free. But then again, there were some really nice fringe benefits!

I know I am and it's going to be sweet ruining this idiots life and costing him his job 🙂. As for the other idiots, I'll gladly take damage money from them. They shouldn't have been so cheap in the first place. If you like something, buy it, if not, don't, period. There is no in between here. Break the law, pay the consequences...

check your messages Darth Sidious...i think you'll find it helpful. I love your stuff even though what I've seen are preview clips. Mother-daughter clips are so hot and the sooner the problem gets solved, the better!

That's exactly what he is. What gets me is he actually thinks he's somebody and the morons who back him are like blind sheep. They are probably the types that never get laid even, LOL!

So let me get this straight.........neither the clip itself or the sub-clip are available? And if not, when can we expect either to come back from the dead?

Talk about lightning in a bottle! As if the ticklee isn't everything you could want, between her super-ticklishness, good looks, and consenting to strip down to a g-string - the woman tickling her restrained body is her mother!

How I wish I could own the full title, if only Stryker sold its work on D.V.D.!

You're right! Truth be told, when I did this, I had no idea it would catch on like it did. One of those pleasant surprises I guess 🙂.
