NEW college aged yahoo group

Hey everyone, I just wanted to invite everyone to join my new yahoo group. It's called "Ticklish College-Aged People" Its designed for the younger-ish ones on the board 18-27ish. I will be monitoring it very well and keeping out annoying spam, password exchanges and other annoyances that make other yahoo! groups lame. Hope you all enjoy!

Seriously, I've accepted people in no later than 24 hours after they request it. It is to keep out spammers and people who don't belong. Get over it.

No one does it anymore because there are thousands of tickle groups out there...why should we take the time to get accepted and explain why we are joining the group when we have plenty of other sites to visit...it is an inconvenience.

Me too, in many cases the approval thing frightens me off from registering, since I don't know what to expect and what exactly to write to be approved.
But it could help to keep spammers out so maybe this group has a chance to keep active for a while. All that happens in most of the yahoo groups I am/was in is spam spam spam...
So why not try and write some words to the moderator? Maybe one doens't need to win a literature price for that message.

But actually I just wanted to ask, are there only thousands of groups out there or are you talking about thousands of groups *worth to join*?
There's a slight difference 😀
If so, maybe you can name some of them?

What's everyone whining about. It not some long stressful application and interview process. Fill out one little form, wait a day or two and your in. It's hard to believe that your sooo pressed for time that you can't fill it out... you sit round on tickling forums all day!

Her name is Genie I believe, it's either the 2nd or 3rd Genie one...

Also, I don't want to be a jerk, but this group is designed for people college aged. I've gotten requests from many, many people 40 and up. There are a ton of yahoo! groups you can join, this one is a little specific.

well i guess i have to mention that the average age of the college student's in the USA is 33 years old if you factor the students attending at nite and the community college's I personally would not restrict any one becuase of age race and gender but i guess to each his own

I consider people around 33, to be in the young married rather than college range. You can file a suit with the ACLU though if you want.
