Protip, better lighting will actually get you a much better image quality without immediately having to upgrade expensive video equipment. I suggest looking into that.
 
Yes that's on top of our shopping list don't worry.
We start with light and softboxes, then the camera (for ease of use as well as Image quality, this one is also very soft), and after that the leather straps and ropes, and finally the sound (because we have a zoom H1 already)

We know our priorities 🙂
