First you need to download the file to be converted. Then, click the "Choose" button and browse to the file on your computer. Next, choose "Windows Media Video" under "Output Format," and then a row of options will appear below. Set "Video Quality" to 512, check the box next to "I accept the terms," and then click "OK." This should yield a good quality conversion. (It may take several minutes.) At the end, it should provide you with a download link -- just right-click it and "Save As"

I got the record yesterday late at evening.
But let me ask you something more about this media convertion. When you say download the file I understand that it will be at the temporary folder. But we have cases that the temporary file only have 1kb. Do you know a progran which I can record the stream video when it runs ? (I think this will be the only way to get the movie copy)

I'm glad that the instructions were of help, Lipe. I don't know of a program that captures streaming media, but maybe someone else here would know of one.
