49 year old Josie is the mother of a friend, who stubbornly was very adamant that she wasn't ticklish anymore, claiming to have "grown out of it". Some foot tickling yielded an interesting result, with Josie saying that instead of being torturous, the foot tickling was very relaxing. Undeterred, I asked her about her underarms, sides, and tummy. Josie told me I would be wasting my time, but obliged me anyways, and much to my delight, the results of this tickle test were amazing! Josie was very, very surprised at how ticklish she ended up being, starting with her underarms where she was tasked with the challenge of keeping her arms up. Josie turns into a giggling mess the moment I make contact with her underarms, and it is indeed quite the challenge for her to keep her arms up, mostly because she is so busy giggling up a storm. Josies giggling continues when the tickling shifts to her sides and tummy. "That's hysterical!" she repeats, screaming out loud whenever it gets particularly ticklish.
