I have a friend that is interested in being tickled for a couple videos.

She is 27 years old and very much into fitness. Almost 6 foot tall and size 10 feet.

Her feet look nice, you will have to make sure she is well restrained. I bet if you hogtied her and tickled her she would be bucking like a bronco, maybe a strict hogtie would allow you to hold her feet stilling enough to tickle her senseless, eg bind her wrists together, ankles, knees/thighs and elbows.
