New Tickling Enterprise - Pics, Clips, and More!

Good evening all,


I am on the verge of creating a new tickling web site with models. This site will focus on only lugitimately ticklish girls and involve bondage with some nudity. I'd like advise from those who have made and sold videos before on clips4sale.com. I am new to this type of enterprise and am not entirely sure on what resources I should have ready or behind the scene costs (with ranges) that I should be aware of.

If anyone could post some helpful information to this thread to help me get started, that would be great. I'd like to know the following:

- Avg amount models are paid for this
- Legal paperwork I should get taken care of first.
- Do I need a professional photographer/video person? If so how much?
- Anything else I need to know

Yeh, lets all flame this fucker and hopefully put him off filming and posting any video clips in the future, cos that would benefit everyone.

I know there's got to be some kind of order round here, but people don't have to get so bent out of shape about this. It takes 10 seconds tops to click on the post and find out it doesn't contain a clip, ironically you waste a whole lot more time if you bother to post a reply complaining about it.

If this was a selfish post that was miles off topic i could understand it, but someone is trying to a company producing tickling "video clips" and as i see it the more companies doing this can only raise the standards and create a buyers market which benifits us all.

Maybe this clip should have been posted elsewhere but you have to admit there is more chance of it being read in this section, so would you rather have someone adhere to the letter of the law and get their request for help ignored or post here and potentially waste 10secs of your life but have a better chance of getting the assistance needed to get some clips uploaded???

Stryker, all most people do at this place is bitch, complain, drama and "flame" as folks call it as of the past few years...thats why I personally dont post much here anymore and for the tickling comunity, frequent my spare time for this over at TT (its not as bad over there). Granted, ive "flamed" or whatever you call it over here before a few times and am somewhat guilty of it in the past, but its been for good reason to my thoughts (if someone posts something sick, said something stupid or uncalled for, rip off warnings about vid makers/sellers etc that hit my nerve).

Anyway, looking forward to seeing what you have to offer once you get everything in order and can post a preview clip of some sort Stryker 🙂 Now to the drama queens, go head and start the "flame" on me for posting my thoughts..ill just get a kick out of it and wont be responding to those posts 🙂 (oh and dont forget to go off on the minor mis spelling or minor typo of a word or 2 lol). I am still starting at this but I can share some of the things I have learn so far.

The model
The first model is the hardest to get because you have no reputation and to find that first girl willing to let you tie her up naked and just tickle her trusting that you will not ask for any other extra sexual favors is going to be key. It helps if you have a couple of girlfriends that are willing to be your first "victims" just for fun.

An avarage model charges around $150 per hour and be aware that normally they will bring an escort, usually their boyriends, the first time. He waits in the living room or another room as long as he can here her screams for help if things get out of hand.

Also, be prepare to deal with irresponsible models. Lots of them have no sense of time or comitment and they will schedule a shooting and never show up... and then they have the big balls of calling next week asking for an emergency shoot because they need money.

And never pay in advance. Trust me I fell for that once and lost $200.

If they come from far away and they ask for travel money, the best way is to offer her a refund once she is in your place and finished the work. Otherwise she might fly and check in the hotel and go to Disney World instead of to work.

Legals: Check clips4sales rules and the 2257 regulations. But here is a briefing:

2 forms of ID with photo that prove that she is over 18 (or legal age in your place). Release for with her real name, her alias, her information. This release will say that she is doing this voluntarily and that she know the material will be for sale and that it consist of sexual matter, and that YOU THE PRODUCER OWNS THE MATERIAL AND CAN DO WITH IT WHATEVER YOU WANT. Without this release you can't use a single frame of the video anywhere.

Also if you are working as a corporation and you want to claim her pay as business expenses, make sure she fill a W-9 as a subcontractor. If you are working as an individual then don't worry but you can decut those expenses from your taxes. (This is according to the Laws of the state of Florida). My suggestion, get an accountant because you also need to know how to deal with the money you make. Remember as a corporation they can't sue you if there is any misunderstanding, they sue the company not you.

Videographer
I do my own videography for the moment but this is up to you. Remember less dogs, less bugs, and never forget that you will be in a room with a naked woman and if the room gets crowded she might feel unconfortable. But thats up to you and her.

Miscellaneous:

There are a lot of leazy and smart ass models that go to a shooting, lets say they agree for 2 hours at $150 per hour and then they waste a lot of time with make up, in the bathroom, her boy friend calls every 5 minutes and she demands to stop recording to pick it up and then the 2 hours end and you only got about 20 minutes of real work.

I solved this with a 2 sides deal. I pay a certain amount of money for a certain amount of time but she has to guarantee a certain amount of work. In other words let her know that you will not pay for her conversations with her boyfriend and that you expect an X amount of work to be completed during those 2 hours.

If you have any other questions just ask and good luck!

LOL!! Thanks for understanding! I've noticed there are some people on here that just seem to get off on complaining...I've got no time or patience for that crap. I will make sure that the clips and pics I do post will not disappoint you guys. I owe yas. It's my hope to have this ready before the summer is over. Not to repeat the kidnapping or any such thing, having complained about it myself in the past, but the original subject line of this thread suggested the presence of material... and it was posted in the tickling discussion forum. There are other forums specific to the discussion of tickling video producers, as well as a general forum for discussion that is not specifically relevant to the act of tickling... which, this isn't. It's specifically relevant to the act of setting up a company which will produce videos. A subject line such as "Help Wanted w/ Startup Vid Production Biz" might have generated more useful response, less sarcasm, less flaming, and been entirely more useful.

Technically, you probably did nothing wrong, even with regards to where you posted; most of the NEST posts were placed here, after all, mine included, and they were about as "directly" tickling-related as this is. The manner in which you posted, however, was misleading to a lot of people. People don't like to be misled, and *not* finding totally new material (which is a bit rare nowadays, you have to admit) might have been rather disappointing to some. As a hopeful business operator, the burden of not disappointing your customers rests with you, because they've got other places to go if you do disappoint them.

Yes, this forum has a lot of people who complain. Currently, the trend is to complain about the complainers, hence some of the other posts in this thread to date. If you walk into a biker den with a big bullseye painted on your chest and start acting in a fashion that the bikers have deemed improper, somebody's going to throw a dart at you sooner or later. The fact that this is wrong will not stop this, nor will it protect you from the inevitable consequences of being struck by said dart. All of this nonsense could have been completely avoided, by posting in a more sensible manner. As a business owner, you need to realize that it is up to you to make your potential clientelle happy. You need to present your best foot forward. You need to go the ridiculous extra mile to compensate for your potential clinetelle's active efforts to -find- something that will displease them about you. This is all part and parcel with running a business.

I don't know if he has responded to this thread already, but it might do you some good to look to the gentleman who operates http://www.thelastlaughinc.com for help. The two of you are serving different niches within our little community, so the worry about competition should not be as much of a concern with him. Additionally, I recall seeing posts from him in the past regarding the difficulties of running such an enterprise, as well as concerning specific events of a frustrating nature... i.e., responses from uninterested persons to his model-search ads, for the purposes of general mockery.

He may have a great deal of helpful input. The only drawback I can think of is that he's in Quebec; the legal steps involved may differ for him, but I doubt they'll differ so much as to make anything he might say totally worthless, and in any event there's always the practical aspects of the business that he might be able to shed some light on.

Actually, I think TKLMAN has a point. While I do respect your right to having an opinion, there's a difference between sharing it in a constructive way and just being plain rude. Comments like "yuck", "ick" and "most horribly ugly feet" don't serve any purpose. Don't go complaining if some people are rude about your own work when you release it. Well shit, ive seen some of those before and I didnt even realise they were this Stryker guy! (shows how much I pay attention to anything other than the fetish content round here for the most lol). Ahh well, I agree...uncalled for and mean (or should say, said in a mean way, coulda been said more on a suggestion/oppinion type way, but whats done is done).
