No, you aren't missing anything. I'm the tickler in the new "Rope Master" video over there, so when the clips were taken down I asked Renee about it.
Apparently, the free clips were cutting too deeply into her sales. She kept hearing from people who said that the free clips were really all they needed, and so they didn't buy her DVDs. Understandably, then, she took the clips down. If that doesn't boost her sales then I expect she may put them up again, but that's just my own guess, not anything she told me herself.

No, what's killing TicklingParadise's sales is that you guys are still ridiculously priced. In the days of buying $5-$9 clips that are 10 mins or more, who's going to buy $50 videos and dvd's? Even your clips at your Clips4Sale site are overpriced. $18 for a clip? Cheapest clips are like $10? That's why your sales are low!!
You still offer quality stuff, but as a customer I haven't purchased anything from FP in a few years. Just too expensive. I really want the boot camp tickle dvd, but guess what? I'm better off waiting for someone to sell it on eBay for half-price. Sorry, but it's the truth.

All the Tickling Paradise material that I've bought recently (mainly because I love Layla....every bit as much as Baby and Lily) was ONLY due to seeing free clips or watching parts of the movies on AEBN.
I would rebuy several video titles on DVD, just because I like DVD, but they are too expensive. I understand that specialty products in any area cost more than mainstream products, and I want producers to make money. We are in a different situation than folks who like mainstream porn-which is so incredibly inexpensive....
If video producers were doing about $25 a disc, I would own ten times what I have now. Clips I only will buy from very small independant producers. I like good picture and good sound on a big screen.

Pricing for Videos
Hey everyone...Renee here! I read this thread and I am interested in knowing what you think is a fair price for a 45-60 minute DVD or VHS? Right now I'm offering buy 3, get one free which makes the price $25 for each of the 4 VHS tapes, or $30 for each of the DVD's. Is that not good enough?
I also had a buy one, get one free sale a few months ago. I'm trying to make everyone happy and I'm always open to suggestion. I price my clips as I was told everyone else did. Actually, when putting up the clips, I just put the time in and the amount is automatically calculated...so I was under the impression that is the same way everyone does it. It usually works out to be about a dollar per minute. I think by now you know that I am willing to work with you as best I can and still make a living here. Let's work this out!!

Clips and DVDs are priced differently because they offer different advantages. You buy the DVD if you want the whole thing, start to finish. You buy clips if you're interested only certain short segments.Paulie said:

Quality of new FP Material
I am a huge fan of FP. In my opinion, they have always cornered the market on fantasy and role playing in their vidoes. Though the videos are not of great tickling, I have always been very pleased with their content as well as the generous amount of free clips made available by this company. However, I am beginning to notice a break in the old style of FP from, I'd approximate, their most recent 10 releases. I can't quite put a finger on it, but it just feels as if there is less thought being put into these titles and their production. The old videos, though often cheesey, were always on the mark in appealing to people's fantasies. What I suggested to Renee is that she reclaim FP's domination of the fantasy market and put all her energy into getting the very rare things that there is a high demand for among video clip consumers: renfaire, huge soles, celebs, ethnic lees and lers and her good ol knack for silly costumes and storylines. As for the whole video vs vidclip thing, just be sure that whatever media format you sell, it must be competitively priced, accessable and efficiently marketed. I am a vid clip hound dog, as I suspect many of you are. If I see an ad for "Asian Girl who's 45 with size 12 soles and doesn't speak English" I've probably already purchased the clip before I can even finish reading the advert.
We need more companies that get away from mediocre blondes in the same ol freakin bondage positions- and instead give us unique never before seen lee's in the same ol freakin bondage positions.
Also, how about some frequent tickler miles for people that buy lots of clips. Id like to see some VIP treatment for people that buy lots of clips, like maybe a freebee here and there or some input on the next videos or even a flippin customer satisfaction form. Even McDonalds has a flippin customer satisfaction form!

Comments like these are the exact reason I am now a P V customer.
There is a night and day difference in the customer relations attitude of P V after Renee took over. I noticed that the previous lady, (I think her name was Gabrielle) always seemed to be in some verbal fight with customers and other tickle media producers. Because of this, I had no interest in P V media, and you couldn't pay me to watch one of their movies....
Renee took over, and she really took some verbal hits from the tickle community, who were understandably skeptical, based on P V's past track record on customer service.
I noticed that with each skeptical person and critique, Renee was polite and apologetic for the past practices of P V management, she never disparaged anyone, and she made a point to personally try to adress any concerns or technical or shipping problems with P V products.
Because of Renee's attitude, I began to look at P V material, and quite frankly was pleasantly suprised at much of their tickle media. Some of the P V movies are very, very good, with truly ticklish ladies, great laughter, and a wide variety of tickle scenarios, albiet some of it pretty corny, and hokey acting at times.....
I think Renee will provide more sample clips for potential customers...that is how I usually decide on my purchases, photos don't do it for me....things will work out, because I think she genuinely wants to make P V successful and her customers happy.

i have purchased a number of clips from renee's company as well as full length tapes, and have never once been dissappointed, i think their stuff is among the best there is (especially if it features renee or the evil gia in it), i think i got what i paid for and have nothing but good things to say about that company. peace.........BLUE_THUNDER

There's been a lot said about paradise vision over the years on this forum. And I have put my two cents in on more than one occasion. So today will be no different. I have more videos from paradise vision than any other company and clear as bar none. As a company they consistently give me what I want and have a rarely been disappointed. that being said I certainly agree that there an age is fantasy video which no other company seems to do any more. last year and a put out a request for anybody who had specific scenario or fantasies that they wanted turned into videos and she has made videos from that request. I have a fantasy about strong, stern women being tickled like bodybuilders or dominatrixes or librarians. I also like mature ticklees and I will be purchasing ladies night. and I would be willing to bet that the first company that puts out a video that matches up with my fantasy will be paradise vision. Do I like the fact that their videos are $40.00 -no, but if there the company that's making what I want to say then they know they've got me. Renee has done excellent work since she has taken over and she's one of the only company's putting out videos now as well as clips. I have a feeling that the paradise vision controversy will never end, but as far as I'm concerned I would take them over TC or Magic Touch or any other company any day of the week. now I hope my typing hasn't been horrendous because I've been using a new voice recognition program.

I am a long time supporter (and customer) of Renee and Tickling Paradise. I have purchased every Tickling Vdieo that they have offered. After all, this is a "tickling site". I prefer to see ticklish ladies being tickled rather than some movie script. If I want script, I can go to a rental facility. Renee provides ticklish ladies. I like that. For me, I cannot stand to watch a video where the lady is going "hee hee, that tickles" and clearly, she is as tickling as my office wall.

the only reason i ever ended up buying any vids from FP in the last couple months was because of preview clips, i never would have bought a clip based on dominiques looks alone, it was her sexy reaction to tickling that (i saw through the preview) that convinced me to buy the vids she was in, or at least a couple of them. And just a couple months ago or last month, whatever, whichever girl they're advertising on their website that absolutely loves to be tickled, i think her name is bella or something, anyway the movie is shieks delight and i recently ordered that, why? based on looks alone she's not something i'm interested in, but because of the preview and her reactions, i knew i had to have it. So with that said, it's really sad that this is still a debate, i've been either lurking or using different usernames for at least 4 or 5 years now and people are still arguing about the pro's and con's of movie previews. Personally i don't expect someone like TIB to put out a 2 minute preview clip for a 5 minute video clip, but if you're going to make a 60 minute movie then at least include a 1 or 2 minute preview with it....that's the least i can say, truth be told i could write on and on forever about why companies should include preview clips, i can't imagine it "biting into their sales" i mean, do they have to pay the models double for including them in their preview clips? all it does is take an hour of editing, which i guess in some six degrees of kevin bacon sort of way could potentially eat into profits, but other than that? i'll never buy a movie on a whim or that i only see 6 SMALL pictures of, at that. So in conclusion (haha) i think when it boils down to it, and i mean this whole little speech with the utmost respect, i think it bites into your sales more when you DON'T include a preview clip. I realize that there's people that only watch the preview clips and they're happy with that, but i mean whatever, they don't have to buy the video, and while they keep watching the same 2 minutes over and over again, the rest of us will keep watching the same full 60 minutes over and over again 🙂

An example of clips working...
Well, I have to say that it was a Tickling Paradise clip that made me recently rejoin their monthly membership. I watched a preview of "Shiek's Delight" and completely fell in love with Bella. She's beautiful and her laughter is awesome. Because of that clip, I joined the monthly membership where I knew I could find preview clips of her as well as her audition (which is cool cause she mentions it she loves being tickled - something I have been looking for for a long time - and she even gets her foot licked as part of the audition). And when this video becomes available through the pay site, I will probably be getting that piece specifically.
But now I'm sad because I'm really interested in the new videos just put up (particularly the Dungeon Mistress and Bellybutton ones), but for me personally, it's hard for me to buy anything without at least a small preview of some kind. I really hope Tickling Paradise reconsiders.
Finally, I can't also help but to be upset at the people who actually felt it necessary to take time to write them telling them all they needed were the preview clips. I understand if a clip shows you that you may not want to purchase that video/online clip, that's what preview clips are for. But to deliberately tell someone you won't buy anything from them because the preview clip is enough, what makes you think a business (which is what they are) would continue giving you something for free? I again hope Tickling Paradise looks past these individuals and focus more on people who do appreciate the previews and use them in making their next purchasing decisions.

Back to the original question about the preview clip. I think there has to be a way to preview a long video before one buys it. I, personally, never purchase before previewing something.
At the least, you guys should upload the videos on the pay-per-view site in a timely manner so that people can preview the videos. This is if you don't want to put out free clips like some other companies.

that's all that really needs to be said, between ticklesfeet and i, we both bought shieks delight based on your preview clip because of bella and her reactions. And the only reason we saw her and liked her wasn't because of the 6 tiny pictures you offer on the website (which isn't only a problem with your company, but multiple companies, a lot of us have foot fetishes and we basically have to guess or hope and pray that the girls feet are attractive because we get these little 55kb pictures of the "tickling action in full effect" that requires a microscope to view.....anyway, i'm not sure how much it costs to make a preview clip, but there's two sales in ticklesfeet and i towards you continuing preview clips in the future.

Ok....I heard you!! I have decided there is a compromise to this situation! I have just put up trailers for the 4 new releases:

Ladies Night
The new trailers are shorter than the older ones....just enough for you to see the reaction and laugh of every girl, but not long enough that I think they will be enough to hurt my sales. I do read your emails, and I do and always will try to work with you and keep as many people happy as I can!

I am also recutting all the older videos with complete scenes. THey were originally cut by clips4 sale and they were just sliced by minutes...not scenes and I got alot of complaints. So now I'm cutting them all myself and they will have complete scenes, better photos and descriptions!! I hope you like what I'm doing!!
