Can the clips be downloaded, or only streamed?

At the moment, the site is not accessible - must have had a lot of hits today.

All the clips can be downloaded, if they are available in even more than one format.

But how many clips inside ?
The updates list has older tickling clips, one month in between. I mean, the preview pages are not the same as what is in for the members ?
