You mentioned the unfortunate similarity in domain names - and I was not open to your suggestions and it escalated from there. I hadn't backed off before it went so far.

Now I am uploading files there.
On April 2006 I bought several real-tickling domain names:
real-tickling.com, real-tickling.net, real-tickling.biz, real-tickling.info
It wasn't a preparation to make a crime. It was just a silly mistake.
Do you think I would come here and boast of my new website real-tickling.com if I knew about realtickling.com before? Men! Nobody even Marcin ikcawon is not such a stupid d**k to come to the den of hungry lion and talk about fresh meat. It is like suicide!
Also I didn't know about domain name and trademark rules. It was all because of my personal mentality which has to be changed as soon as possible.
Please take it all into a consideration before you decide to exclude me from here or take other next steps.

Because you handled this properly and with class, you definitely deserve forgiveness. Life is to short not to get along with one another so I try hard not to hold grudges. If this was truly a crazy mistake on your part then I too personally ask for your forgiveness for coming down so hard on you.
At this moment we will put a stop to all legal action. I will also go back up in this thread and edit out any of my words that might shed a negative light on you. You deserve a clean slate as far as I'm concerned.
I appreciate you getting this changed. You certainly did the right thing here and have proved to this community that is watching that you CAN be trusted and admired for your moral integrity.
I wish you the best for your new tickling site. Have fun tickling those polish girls. I will email you in a few days about what we can do with those domain names. I will find a way to pay you for them so that you don't end up wasting money for domain names that you will not be using.

From one side I feel shame because I was so stupid and stubborn as a mule.

I wish I had read this thread **before** I signed up.
I was signed up with nylontickleparty/nylonfeetparty and was informed when I signed up, that there would be regular updates, etc. To my disappointment, this did not happen. Perhaps my idea of "regular updates" is a little bit in conflict with other's reality but once a week or so for $20.00 a month is not too much to ask. Although I did not keep track, I don't think he was updating these sites even on a monthly basis.
Now I "found" real-tickling.com / onlytickling.com and surprise, surprise...the same excellent photography (first class and probably the best around) AND the same women ("Lilly" has a new wig it looks like) and even some of the same material (see archives) found on the other websites at one stage or another. When I went online recently, he had one video posted (one of the girls seemed to be ticklish but Lilly is definitely not, which is probably why she is always the ler, and 9 or 10 picture sets. For $20.00 a month.
Ok, I'm the stupid one here, having signed up but I feel it is appropriate to give everyone a little advice...for $20.00 a month you can get a lot more on other websites or Clips4sale (no, I do not work for Clips4sale).
You guys at onlytickling.com (...adding at this point that ONLY because of the pressure applied through this forum, which all of the participants in the debate are members of and regular contributors to, was the name change implemented)...really need to get your stuff together. Bring your performance up to the standard of that found in the photography. Regular updates mean regular updates, videos means videos, and tickling means tickling.
I'm not trying to interfere with your effort to make some real profits, which you are doing anyway, but do expect there to be an honest attempt on the part of business people to play by the rules and do what they say.
And by the way, if your pictures and your work make up 80% of the product sold (that's a low number by the way, I would put it at 95%), then it is your business too and your responsibility. And your reputation that gets damaged when the thing goes to crap.
What more could Marcin have done to promote his website on this website, than "mistakenly" name his website real-tickling.com... think about it.

I can't stop to laugh 🙂 is good to visit this place every 5-6 months, so i can see how this site is going down with these silly discussion 😛
before starting this fast post let me say somethign:
TIB is perfectly right because here he has a site that exist since long time, but let me say something that 90% of the people here will not like (sorry Myr, I was used to chat with you and the few people when this site started long ago, before being called TMF, but this doesn';t mean that i am at the commercial companies side only because the site is run by commercial companies).
1) I woinder if TIB has a regular trademark for his company; is not a cheap thing and you can't buy it selling tickling vids a t 5 bucks each...in case that there is nothign registered at the trademark adn patent offices the name is perfectly legal to be used and changed to open another site.
2)another thing is to take a well known name and change it to sell another product (like lindows and windows case of few years ago; I was in the lawyer pool of M$ for this trial); but ehre we are talking of a person that open a site outside US using a name not to steal customers, but to sell his product... if he would start to call himself TIB and dress like TIB and make tickling vids in teh same way that he does this would bring to a legal confrontation.
Let's make some math: M$ or Xerox or any other companies can't be compared to a company that sell tickling vids...sadly law follow who has money and power, not always who is right.
3) Google and many other companies buy their domain plus all the other domains that are similar, in this way they avoid any kind of issue like that...so is possible to buy all the combinations with the word "realtickling" in it and the thing is resolved....a domain cost 5 bucks a year, I don't think that 20 domain can cause an economical problem to a company that sell a lot of clips everyday ( i think that only wiht my money you can buy almost a used bike, since i spent something like 2-3K in the last 3-4 years only at TC/realtickling)
4) is necvessary to do all this mess around when it can be resolve din PM between the 2 people that are involved in this? seems like throwing bloodyt meat in a pool full of sharks....everybody jumps in to cannibalize, only to have somethign in exchange? few years ago with other kind of members these things woud not happen.
As usual delete my posts if you don't like them; so you can show what does it mean to be censored in a free country like US; otherwise would love to see costructive critics or answers to my post; or ignore if you prefer 🙂

First let me say, that it was not my idea to carry out any discussion on this website. The person who posted this topic opened the door, I just walked through it. Those who choose to post here must face the reality that people might come back even two or three years later and make comments, etc., assuming that the site is still up. I reserve my right as a registered member of TMF to comment on any post that can be commented on. Maybe you should ask them to close the thread if if you can't deal with the comments. Or ask them to kick me off if my comments are too much for you.
Calling me a liar then offering to give me my money back or free access to "your other websites" that you do not own but just sell pictures to seems to be a little bit confused. How can you give me the money back if you aren't the owner??? Pull your head out please.
Everything I said is true based on my experience with the websites that I mentioned. I am certainly not the most experienced surfer here but I have been around a little.
Anybody who wants a signed and notarized certification that my statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge - just pay for my trip to the notary public and I'll give you a certified copy.
Please note that I did not call anyone a liar at any time, merely presented certain facts that are relevant to the discussion. I'll leave the name calling to those that can't defend themselves any other way.

I offered you the refunding of membership fee of www.onlytickling.com which is also my website. Have you already noticed that? Or did you get to know about it now?
