I've been in Boston for 6 months and haven't found an outlet for some tickle play yet.

Really enjoy tickling a victim and making them beg, but willing (gulp) to be tickled a little in return, since that's only fair.

I also accept non-tickling foot massages 🙂

I used to live in New England, and the scene there is good... but perhaps difficult to find.

I know of a tickling group in New England... on FetLife.com. If you're not on that website, I highly recommend it. It is completely free, and it is a terrific way to meet people of all kinks -- and all kinds.
