Love him or hate him, I was mystified to see a segment on a new episode(of his Comedy Central show) called "Inappropriate Touching Tuesday" which seemed eerily similar to the "Tickling Tuesdays" I used to see on 4-chan. I just can't help but wonder if Daniel is having a little laugh at our expense? There are differences, of course. In his version, it's something to do at work, while on 4-chan, it was usually just random tickling pix(mainly art).
It's not something I think we need to be up in arms about. I mean, if there's any community who should be able to laugh at themselves, it oughta be us, right? Just makes you wonder how they go about working up themes for skits & bits on shows. Kind of interesting in the same way that Howard Stern started his tickling chair stuff by first having Yaqi on and then simply appropriating the idea.
Anyone else see the episode I'm referring to?
