New user! New Post. :) Has ticklish spot ANNOYED you?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say hello. Ive been here for quite some time lurking about and reading and figured I should go ahead and make a post! 🙂

Anyways, a topic that few people ever use huh...

Has your particularly ticklish spot ever really annoyed you? For me, my favorite spot to be tickled is upper body. My ex girlfriend and I would tickle each other a great deal. We became more and more comfortable with it over the 3 years we went out and eventually got to the point of being able to tie each other up and just have at it.

And it was during this I discovered my most ticklish spot is my feet. No joke, its terrible! But here's what gets me. Ive been out most of the day, come home drop off shoes and socks cause its already hot enough, go to flop my feet up on the computer desk bar to get comfy, end up encountering first some cords, then the top of my speaker.

They tickled. >.< A lot! It bugs me to no end sometimes! Its fun being tickled by people but when inanimate objects are making me laugh my head off just trying to get comfortable, its super annoying. lol

Or maybe Im just strange. =D haha Anyone else?

congrats on unlurking...and what an awesome first post..thanks for sharing..my most annoying spot that i don't enjoy having tickled is under my nose..and inanimate objects will tickle it, like my hair, a blanket, what have you..or the whiskers of my cat..hehehe however she isn't inanimate...o and a feather..grrrrrrrrr although someone was holding the feather at the time..

Nose huh? I guess Im grateful Im not really ticklish there. Of course, as a tradeoff the palms of my hands are about as ticklish as my feet. lol. I can even tickle myself on my palms. 😛

Personally, I am not troubled when contact with an inanimate object accidently tickles me.

Yes, I do know exactly what you mean! Sadly, though, I don't even get the pseudo-pleasure of laughter; the one place that highly sensitive on me is the inside of my forearms on the bottom edge, from elbow bone to wrist bone. Sensitive enough that something/someone touching that area softly can actually even bring me out of a dead sleep--but I get downright furious, no matter what it is. I jerk away like I've been burned, no matter what, and the anger is immediate. And dangerous. 😀

I tend to wear long sleeves most of the time. 😉

PlayfulCarbonara, I am very similar to you on the palms, feet etc. I can tickle myself a number of places. Inamimate things can tickle me. I used to have a car that had some vibrations through the accelerator pedal at certain speeds. It tickled my extremely ticklish feet, sometimes causing laughter, sometimes putting me at risk. I also cannot stand to have my shoes polished when I am wearing them; it tickles the heck out of me. The driving and shoeshine situations are problems. On the other hand, I usually loveto be tickled, especially by people.

I have extremely ticklish feet and I know what you mean PlayfulCarbonara, when I am slipping on my sandals ,sometimes the velcro strap that goes over my foot accidently brushes the side of my sole and it tickles 😱
