As much as I don't like what this guy did isn't the charge in this case a bit much. Maybe herassmen or something but Assault and Battery? I think that is a bit extream. He tuched them with out consent, and that isn't cool, but he didn't beat anybody up.

Yeah but they cost money, or require being a likable, attractive guy. Neither of which I have, and I would say that's most likely this poor guy's situation also.
A guy can only take so much of constantly seeing something he intensely desires but knows he can never have.

I'm nowhere near handsome, have never made even close to even 50K a year, and I've never had a problem finding attractive women to tickle. It just takes effort. But some people, like "this poor guy" find it easier to assault strangers, and then run away and masturbate.

I feel for him, I really do, but I don’t think that the punishment is too severe considering the pattern he seems to have going.
