I would think, once a company has reached a "critical mass" so to speak (i.e., has found and tickled some modest number of women) and a built up a solid reputation, the girls they already know will just find/recommend friends for them. And the circle keeps growing...

After all, if past models had positive experiences themselves and thought the staff was "cool" to work with, why wouldn't they help their ticklish friends make a few bucks as well? 🙂 ...and maybe get a few revenge tickles in as well. 😎
