Some big upsets in the early games.

The Giants needed OT to do it but got a 30-27 win over the Bears.

In Jacksonville the Jags finally get back in the win column 6-0 over the Colts.

The Cardinals put the final nail in the Packers postseason hopes with a 20-17 win in Green Bay.

The Dolphins kept their slim playoff hopes alive with a 21-17 win over Buffalo.

There was no upset in Houston as the Texans win 9 in a row. Texans 29 Browns 13. The Browns hurt their chances from start to finish with penalties and turnovers at critical times.

The Rams secured the NFC West Crown in a 30-16 win over the Lions.

Denver keeps their slim Wildcard hopes alive 24-10 over the Bengals. Marvin Lewis is likely skating on thin ice right now with his friend Hue Jackson waiting in the wings.

With Lamar Jackson under center the Ravens have won three in a row. Ravens over the Falcons 26-16.

The Bears worked hard just to get this game to OT. They recovered an onside kick to set up the tying field goal.

The Jags get back in the win column with a barn burner over the Colts.

This was the second biggest upset of the week. The Cards go into Lambeau and beat Green Bay

The Fins win a close one, but hey it's Buffalo

The Texans are the hottest team nowadays. A far cry from their 0-3 start.

The Rams are still having a magical season.

And the craziest of the games in my opinion, the Thursday night game where the Cowboys upended Drew Brees and the Saints.

Following Green Bay's loss to Arizona, the Packers fired head coach Mike McCarthy. The Pack was definitely underachieving this year. Maybe now Packers' fans can R-E-L-A-X.

The Chiefs survived the turmoil surrounding them since Friday and come out of Oakland with a 40-33 win. Mahomes finished 23 of 38 for 295 yards and four touchdowns, giving him 41 on the season. Travis Kelce had a monster game with 12 catches for 168 yards and two scores. This game was even more important for Kansas City than their now 10-2 record.

The Panthers sinking ship sprung another leak as they lose to the Bucs 24-17. That completes a trifecta for Florida teams today.

The Titans down the hapless Jets 26-22.

Seattle remains in the Wildcard hunt, routing the 49ers 43-16.

We didn't get the Chiefs game here, I had to listen online. 🙁 I did get the Bears/Giants game. And it's almost physically painful to say this but go Steelers, beat them Chargers!

The Packers have to be the most disappointing team this season. Even after the news today of McCarthys firing, I don't think they're gonna finish at .500. The move shouldn't really come as a shock, it's been highly speculated that Rodgers and McCarthy weren't gonna be together next season. And between Rodgers and McCarthy, who's gonna win if you gotta pick between the two?

I think Lamar Jackson should be the starter in Baltimore from here on out. I know the teams he's played so far haven't been great. but he's given life to a Ravens offense that was struggling. And he was gonna take over at some point anyway. He's got them on a 3 game win streak, I don't think you mess with what's working.

I don't know what's happened to the Panthers. They were 6-2 a couple weeks ago. I don't see any big coaching changes happening there, but they've really regressed.

The Cowboys have to be the favorites to win the NFC East now. It pains me to say it, but it's true. As a Redskins fan, I can tell you all that the fanbase was in full panic after Thursday. Nobody saw that coming, and to say that this game monday night vs the Eagles is a must-win is an understatement. Because there's a good chance that nobody other than the division winner represents the NFC East in the playoffs this season. A number of NFC Teams who are in the hunt lost today and that's a big help for my Redskins, but they gotta now take advantage.

What a game to end the weekend!!

The Chargers came back from being down 23-7. They scored two touchdowns and converted a 2 point conversion to tie the game at 23-23. With 3 seconds left, the score was knotted at 30 and the Chargers were lining up for a game winning field goal. The kick was no good but the Steelers were offsides. The second try was blocked but again the Steelers were offsides. Third time was the charm. Chargers 33 Steelers 30.

It was Pittsburgh's first loss at home after leading by 14 points in their history.
