I was just about to post this! I like it. They have another video from the same user where he "tickles" her foot although he never actually touches her cuz she freaks out.

*On side note I am begging people who check these vids out NOT to bombard the user with requests of more tickling videos. I'm tired of people on the internet embarrassing us by being creeps.
