I don't believe that pornography can be a physical addiction. That is, somebody who uses it many times a day will not have physical withdrawal symptoms like a cocaine addict or a meth addict cut off from their supply.

However, pornography becomes a big problem if you either:
(1) can't be without it while you are at work and view it when you supposed to be working, or
(2) spend so much money on it that you don't have enough left for necessities (food, rent, clothing, cell phone 😛 ).
