No ties

I been tickled many times held down and tickled. These same people I asked to restrain me and tickle me, but that brings up a question after they refused to do tie up tickling.

How could someone like holding someone down, but not tying up and tickling someone?

Maybe they feel that would be crossing a line they prefer not to cross. Plenty of people draw the line at restraints.
