Doing some maintenance for an entire week? I doubt it, especially since the rest of the site/clips don't seem to be enduring any sort of maintenance.

I think it's more likely that the file is gone or moved, or made inaccessible beyond a certain date. The system tells you that it's probably maintenance and to check back later, because that's the boilerplate response when a clip is inaccessible.
