Whenever anyone says that they are not ticklish, that sets off an alarm in my head, that they are VERY ticklish & do not want anyone to know it.
I've met a few ladies that claim to be not ticklish, & after some 'exploring', I discover ticklish spots & they are surprised by that.
In my own personal opinion, I think EVERYONE is ticklish somewhere.

I guess it's about 50-50. Some say that because they are DAMN ticklish, others will say it, and turn out to be as ticklish as a rock (and they're usually really pretty, so that sucks. 🙁 )
