if reaching and sustaining the absolute maximum possible levels of ticklishness is ur interest then this is for you
heres some stuff I learnt in my time tickle torturing which i know is not as long as loadsa ppl in here but everyone always asks for these details so i thought i should share
pls add to this as we can all learn from each others experiences
note- this is not about fav methods (although my fav is defo maximal tickling obviously) its about getting to and carrying on at the person’s most ticklish levels, practically no one ever experiences this and its a shock even to ppl who know they are extremely extremely ticklish but then find out they are in reality way way way more ticklish even then that

- positioning and presentation is soooo important imho for example how u have access to the most commonly most ticklish spots, obvz a person can have ticklish spots anywhere and some are less common. but the most common in my experiences are abdomen, rib cage and soles. so this means having the person fully stretched out and immobilized preferably arched over a sofa cushion under the pelvis and for example the whole entire abdominal area completely bared (and i mean the entirety of that area which most ppl never do)
- this positioning, immobilization and bareness means u can focus on finding and fully exploring the most hyper ticklish hotspots which for maximal ticklishness u need to be able to focus on
- just from minor introductory tickling like the initial touch of ur nails on for example the lower tummy u can get those first ticklish abdominal muscle spasms, as he cant move its easy to tickle ON those spasms, light fingernail contact for example on the already spasming skin even if they start off as small quiverings
- continuation of that initial minor tickle (which doesnt normally look that much but trust me feels very ticklish to sooo many ppl ) is essential for escalation which can happen quickly and suddenly when their normal resistance collapses and habituation fails
- then ur amplifying the original tickling without even moving ur nails hardly at all as the increasingly spasming musculature moves the skin against the nails so u get a feedback loop- the body’s automatic reactions meant to dislodge or withdraw the skin from the tickling stimuli not only fails, it actually CAUSES more tickling and u can see that in the compounding spasms from those initial quivers all the way up to unstoppable quaking, convulsing and rippling in waves across the tummy, stay on those and follow the source
- voluntary reactions are different to proper ticklish reactions which is important cause anything they do to minimize or somehow regulate the sensations stops u getting to maximum ticklishness and that includes most of the yelling and the continuous screaming . the only reactions that add to the ticklishness are involuntary as in they cant stop or control them, for example u know ur properly tickling the person when they want to say or scream something but cant
- i know ppl have their fav spots to go for and if its the tummy then I know loadsa ppl like bellybuttons. but imho the most ticklish zones on the tummy are places where muscle groups border each other like for example the semilunar lines or lateral vertical lines (dips) a few cm either side of the belly button marking the border between the front abdominal musculature and the flanks, the costal margin just under the lowest ribs on the line forming the first soft part of the tummy , and of course the inguinal hollows which is basically everything on and immediately inside/above those hip creases where u get a concave depression on either side of the pubis and bordered by the front blades of the pelvis (u can google iliac spines lol)
- get the maximum possible amount of ticklishness into these zones before increasing the tickling stimuli as if u maximize each level then the escalation ramps up way higher and causes a collapse of the core meaning u can get a runaway cascade of ever increasing amplification that they cant habituate to , trust me in that state u can easily attain and then maintain the very highest levels of ticklishness
