She really did! I don't know which episode it was, though. 🙁

But it DOES exist! Just like the episode of the Gummibears where Calla gets stuck in bathtub with her soles showing, toes wriggling! 😀

The only barefoot shot of Janine I know of is is "Janine Melnitz: Ghostbuster" where's she's in the shower and frogs start coming out of the plumbing.

There is an episode where she does take off her shoes and put her bare feet up on the desk. it is one of the later episodes. i son't recall the name, but it involved Her and louis feeling put upon for all the hard they put in.

Found it, the episode is called "Jailbusters" and the scene is right at the begining, after a shot of Janine typing there's another of her with her bare feet up on the desk, kinda wide shot, not great. I'm sure there are much better shots like the afformentioned close-up in "Janine Melnitz: Ghostbuster" and "Janine, You've changed" where she spends the latter half of the episode barefoot. Both are available on YouTube. Maybe one of the animators had a foot fetish? XD
