While I’m a great fan of images of women finding themselves in situations where their bare feet are being tickled and they are helpless to do anything abut it (bound hand and foot, stocks/pillory, folding prfess wrestling holds etc.) I’m intrigued by some of the less orthodox restraining devices. Dor instance, I’d never seen this one before…

These images are from 1976. The apparatus was set up specifically to rrender females halpless while their bare feet were tickled. The victim is Pat Tate, a ballerina from North-West England.

Pat had recently been enlisted by a corps de ballet, replacing one Jayne Crawford whose thighs were adjudged to have become "over-muscular". Jayne is in fact the tickler in these images. "This was her way of getting back at me for replacing her. She stripped me topless to humiliate me further," said an embarrassed Pat afterwards.
