I have seen it before, but I don't know the source.

The source is CB. I heard he passed away several years ago (cannot confirm), but was an avid tickling enthusiast and one of the early artists of great tickle artwork. He is sorely missed.

Sad to say, But yes CB did pass a few years ago. I did the color on it. He was a very nice man.

I don't think that was him. He was almost exclusively M/F.

Does anyone else have a sample of his art? I would LOVE to see more of his M/F art. It's hard to come by since the groups people say they have his art in are closed down
