OK, I admit, I'm puzzled - why videos at all!?

To me, the idea of spending $20 or more on a video is...downright puzzling. I'd far rather *actually* get tickled than watch others have fun!

It's been...lesse, about two months now since I realized there were other people actually into tickling that might tickle me 😛. Since then, I've had four scenes. It ain't hard 🙂. Ahhh...wait, let me re-phrase that 😀. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I would say that the majority of video purchasers are like me--straight males who enjoy tickling beautiful women. However, in the "real" world, there is definitely a scarcity of women who will indulge this. Therefore, we watch videos in order to have a surrogate tickler experience, the same way people watch mainstream porn videos to have a surrogate sexual experience.

I'm glad you can get tickled in real life, and do some tickling, but as for me, lets say, I never tickled anyone except for BRIEF, super quick tickles. They just pull their foot away. I've gotten the chance to do this maybe 6 or 7 times in my entire life. The concept of being able to tickle someone for a length of time more than half a second is something I'll experience if I get to heaven.

I know literally NO ONE who likes tickling, at all. There could be the possibility that there are people I know who like tickling, but it is doubtful. I also love pantyhosed feet, and, in conclusion, tickling pantyhosed feet. So few women today wear pantyhose anymore, I fear it is a dying fad. One day when I'm an old man, I'll remember decades ago how they invented this wonderful contraption called "pantyhose" but alas, those days are over. In the last year, I've been around less than ten ladies in hose, and none took their shoes off, so, oh well.

I so rarely see other people tickle other people, I think tickling may be a dying art! I'm in Louisiana, but from what other posters say, it may be happening elsewhere too. I think because of all that sexual harrassment crap, people are terrified to touch or get near people of the opposite sex. You tickle someone, they no longer yell stop, they yell lawsuit. Videos is literally all I got. If I want to see tickling, I have to settle for videos. That's why it also matters more to me if they are lacking, or could be better in some way. Other people, who are unimaginably fortunate enough to be able to tickle others in real life probably could care less, but now they know why I do.

I always ask for pantyhose tickling because even if I see glimpses of tickling in real life, seeing pantyhose tickling will never happen. Just like you go see Star Wars to see Jedis dueling to the death with light sabers - because you will never see that in real life, I get videos because I will never see that in real life, either. Sad, but true.

I understand how you feel Mabus, I think it's fair to say that we have all had similar perceptions. But in my experience there's no sense in holding your real life up to unfair expectations. For instance, I happen to be an avid video gamer, and I'm known to enjoy the occasional fighting game. It doesn't happen to bother me that I am not a tournament fighter in real life, nor do I plan to become one, even though some people actually are. There has to be some distance between your fantasy life and your real life; that's what fantasy is for.

So although we may not all have Yenny for a girlfriend, we shouldn't beat ourselves up about it. We're lucky to have such a supportive community that allows for the indulgence of such fantasies, leaving us free to live our lives in the meantime. Don't let it worry you, and perhaps some fantasies will come true when we're least expecting it.

This is very true. I remember how it used to be relatively easy to tickle female co-workers years ago, and it was no big thing--you could even get a romance started that way! Now, you have to be on pins and needles about EVERYTHING you do, and even say, at work. No fun at all! 😎

I've had a pretty healthy tickling life, but I still enjoy the occasional video. It's just a visual stimulation, not a choice of "real" over "video". I try to get into role-playing at times within the constraints of a tickling scene, but there are times when a video comes along that has a plotline that just wouldn't be feasable for me. Plus, let's face it...men are visually stimulated. Nothing wrong with that.

Many people don't see the point in video, and that's fine for them. Each of us has made our own decisions regarding how far we want to take this little fetish of ours. Many of us have yet to fully define what that may be. I, for one, am very picky about any video I spend money on as I have very specific tastes. But I am by no means above video just because I practice in real life. In my real life, I have studied many forms of Japanese sword-fighting, but I still like to watch it on video when I can because it is something I enjoy. Same thing with tickling.

I love good visual stimulation. I can get real life tickling whenever I wish, since I am fortunate enough to be in a mutual tickling-desired marraige. But every now and then I actually prefer the visual stimulation to the real thing. Or at other times, it acts as an enhancement for the real deal. Just as straight porn does.
