i wanted to start a tickling poll and every time i hit new thread it said i do not have permission to access this page? why???
 
Hunh. That's odd, Izzy. I don't think I've ever tried to start a poll, as TickleTheater(the host guy) seems to have thought up damned near every imaginable twist on tickling polls that I could think of. Anyway, hopefully, one of the Mods will see your plea and be able to give a helping hand. 😛aw:
 
i believe that only a moderator can start a poll in the tickling section..so i started on in general...thank you both..
 
Actually you are right... tickling pools are only mods and admins place of total domination...
