i only have one thing to say....

what was with that guy's hair????

LMAO!

Also, I had no idea that they made silencers for shotguns. That thing was almost as big as the gun.

'70s style cut... this was a period piece. All hairstyles from the '70s looked miserable.

It's the best Hallmark Original Theater movie ever made.

lolololol.....and you know..the more i watch that damn movie..the more addicted to it i become...grrrrrrrr

it's a fantastic but strange movie...

Was the movie set in the 70s? I didn't even register that. I just thought he had goofy hair. Which would go along with the equally random business of using a compressed air gun as your weapon of choice.

I loved the movie. Thought it was better than the book, and the book wasn't bad.

"What business is it of yours how I wear my hair, Friendo?"
-Anton Chigur

1980 is when it is set. It is suddle: the 1958 coin was traveling 22 years to get there 58 + 22 = 80. most people don't pick up on it

^ o ya...i wondered why that didn't seem to add up right to me...sighs..

and eeks i think hubby wore his hair that way for a while back then...

If you pay attention to the cars and some other clues, it's apparent that the movie is set in 1980. Give or take a year. Now I can't rag on the hitman's hair, because back in that day mine was pretty close to that. But I didn't carry any cattle-thumper gun around either.

Heavy flick.

The Coen Brother's new one, Burn After Reading, is interesting, but doesn't carry the weight that No Country did.

Just finally got around to seeing it last night. You know you're watching a great movie when, several times throughout, you stop and think to yourself, "Damn, this just keeps getting better and better!". Frankly, from what I've seen of their previous efforts, the Coen Bro.s' movies didn't do much for me. This though? This was sheer brilliance. :bluestar:

i LOVED the film

And i loved the hair too! 😛

The compressed air canister was my favourite ^^

You watched that awesome movie and all you thought of was Javier Bardem's hair? Jeez. That movie was great, but admit the ending was a bit confusing and abrupt. I thought the hair just added to his creepiness.

well you gotta admit..it sort of stuck out..but no that wasnt' the only thing about the movie that stuck with me..it just made me wonder is all...and i googled him...he is very nice looking without that hair..

the movie is terribly addictive..funny thing though...the hubby doesn't like it..
