Well, if your an old man like me, you'd remember a saturday morning live action show, called Monster Squad. It was aroud that Puffenstuff Sigfreid era. To sum up the show, Dracula, Wolfman and Frankenstein were wax statues brought to life by a super crime computer and decided to go fight crime in campy 60's Batman style (even utility belts and a Drac-ular). One of the villians was indeed called...wait for it... The Tickler!
Well this show after 30 years has finally been realeased on dvd... the episode, called (that's right) "The Tickler" is on the first disc, episode four i think. I rented it and tried to rip the episode to post, but sadly, my attempted ended in failure; I thought i would at least post a "heads up" for any who wanted to see it. I'm on Netflix, so i know they have it.
Just remember it was a kids show, so don't expect much, but it was kind of intresting to see the evil feather machine work, and the Tickler himself was a rather intresting character, a man who was a clown, but couldn't laugh, so he was driven to a life of crime and tickling.... kind of tragic really.
