Old cartoon scene

This is a scene from my childhood and I believe that not many of you remember this cartoon. It is French cartoon called 'Bleu L'enfant de la terre' or in english 'Blue, Child of the Earth'.

There is one magnificent scene tickling scene for those who are patient enough to find this cartoon. The story goes like this. The main heroine, Sapphire, goes for a dive in ocean... yes she is nude, almost none of characters is dressed... not fully at least. There she stumbles upon a glowing balls that stick to her body and in beginning create tickling sensation, but later capture her. Classic DiD scene right.
